It’s a little stiff but I think it’ll soften out eventually. Great price for couch. My apartment isn’t super small but it does full out my living room.

Couch was super easy to assemble, all hinges work smoothly and quietly. The only issue was the USB ports didn’t work, but I messaged the seller and received a replacement arm very quickly. It isn’t super plush, but I prefer it, and there’s room in the storage chaise for a foam topper if necessary. Highly recommend!
