I received the chair today. It was packed well and undamaged. Assembly was easy and took about 25 minutes. The only tool needed is the hex wrench that was included.
The chair is very comfortable. I really like the adjustable lumbar support. Im 59 and it lines up well with my back and neck. Its nice to be able to fold up the arms if I want to work without them or push it under the desk. I thought the chair could be locked in different recline positions, but its either locked upright or unlocked so it can rock back. My misunderstanding. Exactly what I was looking for
We have recently bought two basic chairs with similar style and features. These chairs were not as comfortable as this chair. This chair has a softer feel in the seat, and this allows for more comfort when sitting for longer periods of time. Easy to put chair together and feels solid. Great customer service

Seat cushion is at an odd angle.
Unless you are sitting perfectly straight (in a perfectly ergonomic seating position) you will slide forward. Not very comfortable.
