Love this bed. The only downfall is that I didn’t receive the trundle pieces. We moved to a new state, so between all the changes we let too much time slip by and don’t think I can get the pieces now. Oh and the ladder broke. But that’s it! Otherwise I love the bed and it’s working out just really wish I had the trundle pieces.
Obviously this bed is on the cheaper side so I can’t complain too much. Thus the reason for 4 stars. It is very sturdy and works great as a bunk bed. The lower bunk is slightly too wide for the mattress, as you can see, and my kids foot falls through sometimes. The major issue was the trundle though. It does not fit a 6in mattress like others have stated. I couldn’t even forcefully push it shut with the 6in mattress I had (no sheets added). I had to purchase a 4in memory foam topper and add extra support to the trundle. Needless to say, the whole trundle situation was super annoying and not what I read or expected. It’s doable for a small child but no one heavier.
For the price I would say, get it and make it work if it’s for kids.
The product alone is a great one. a couple of problems i ran into with installation is the numbering. it seemed that the 1,2,3 and 4 material parts were all mixed up. it was resolved by just instead of 1 and 3, 2 and 3, or something like that. i do recommend when installing the bed that theres more than just one person working on it because it would make it more challenge to stand up. the part arrived dusty but not to worry if you just wipe it off its fine (to me at least). a great low price and good material when competing with other bed brands. the rail on top of the bed does seem a bit smaller than others but im sure its fine. in the end the bed is great and i do recommend. Customer service hands down gets 5 stars! We were missing middle support beam for upper and lower called, filled a short little form out, had a question called she looked it up for me and helped me through it ( needed part number and hubby threw away instructions with that on there) she was so helpful and had Oren right away- and even tho they only sent one of the two I emailed them and they apologized and had the other one in a few days. The entire thing was the best experience with customer service ever!!! Super nice, helpful, and fast with shipping!
Onto putting this together: 3/4 stars as I was not the one who put it together I heard lots of swearing out of hubby while he was putting it together. He did not enjoy it and took him a few hours to do so. Some pictures didn’t make sense right away.
End result: my girls ( 2 and 4) love it! Well worth it! - also because I didn’t put it together!
This bunk bed is wonderful. We purchased the whire twin over full with the trundle bed. It took my husband about 3 hours to assemble without any help. I really like the head clearance on the bottom bunk. This bunk bed can sleep tons of kiddos, great for sleepovers or children that need to share a room.

Great but with minor problems

I didnt have the chance to see the product as a whole. Parts are broken into pieces already.

It’s not hard to build if you have the right brothers it took a day
It’s easy there’s no problems everything is well it’s big bed on top also on bottom over all it’s really good
Fairly easy to assemble. Took 3 1/2hrs. Directions were helpful. Bed is sturdy.
Bought the bunk bed for the grand kids. Love it! Love the color, versatility ( single over full w/ trundle) and the quality
