The instructions are well written, and it is packaged well to prevent scratches. The bed is sturdy and beautiful when put together. However, they failed to send the hardware with the trundle, so after a trip to Lowes, we were able to make it work.
This is a great sturdy bunkbed for the money. Four stars on the instructions to put it together because it takes a lot of concentration. Would buy the product again in a moment
Ordered this for my 2 small kids. My dad put it together in about 1.5 hours and it was more sturdy then I thought it would be. One improvement they can make is to have a removable ladder. My toddler sleeps on the bottom and she does try to go up all the time when they’re playing!
These look great. They are easy to put together and just look amazing. If I had any complaint it would just be regarding the the covers for the screw holes. They are just barely big enough to cover the holes and dont seem to stay on very long but they are a perfect paint match so we were very impressed by that. Will buy again for another house.
First of all, they sent me a single twin with a trundle, not the bunk with a trundle that I paid for. Had to use it because I needed the beds right away. No phone number for customer service. This purchase would be a one star except that the bed looks beautiful. Description says each bunk can support 400 lbs. That is EXTREMELY questionable. I stepped on the trundle with one foot while I was maneuvering around the beds to put bedding on them and heard a huge crack. I have large teenage boys which is why I wanted something sturdy. I will definitely be adding some support to these, either a bunkie board or some extra slats. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
This is a very nice looking bed. The instructions were a little unclear and sometimes confusing. It took a few tries for some parts to get right. It does look nice and my girls love it.
It comes in 2 boxes (one for the bed, one for the trundle). It looked really intimidating when I first opened the box and seen all the pieces of wood, but it was actually really easy to assemble for the most part, just by looking at the pictures. Smooth to the touch and very beautiful. I absolutely love it!!
Takes a while to assemble obviously and need a partner to place upper bunk on top. Quality and sturdiness is outstanding. 400 pound limit each bed quality you can feel. VERY satisfied.
Good buy overall. It is exactly as pictured. I do not like how some of the pieces are not very sturdy. When my child gets on the top bunk and lays down, it moves more than I would expect for a small child. Some of the pieces are a bit thin as well.
