Packaging was so much better than some other items Ive received. All the parts were very well organized and labeled. A short assembly video on was helpful. The open end tools included were pretty useless but most people have the real thing on hand. The chairs are comfy and feel sturdy. I like that the cushion covers can be taken off and washed.

Directions have no words only pictures drawn by someone who 1st language isnt English. Initial chair took two hours to assemble, 2nd chair only 1/2 hour. Really need two people to assemble. Considered buying another set, but because of difficult assembly wont.
Unclear instructions to assemble. Very nice and sturdy porch sitting piece. Would prefer it to sit higher than it does for long leg people. Feels like your falling when you go to sit down because it sits so low then your legs are up to your chest. For tall people anyway. But for the price it serves its purpose !
I did manage to put the first chair together incorrectly, and there are some plastic covers that look like bolts that I have no idea where they go.nowhere in the instructions.but once they were put together, they are super comfortable!! Definitely happy with this purchase.
Usually, I would not write a review before actually using the product, but in this case, the problem is I got the wrong install kit. Worse yet, there seems to be no support for this product. Nonetheless, the chairs are well/made and look great. The cushions are substantial and comfortable.

I love the chairs, but the fire pit came with a good size dent. But we didnt open the boxes till our was done which was too late to send it back
