Packed well. Decent instructions. Good powder coating and quality . Be prepared that you must purchase fire glass separately (specified in the product description) and the stuff isnt cheap. Be prepared to spend 40/60 for the colored glass to complete the installation.
The item came in 2 big, heavy boxes. Assembly was easy; although the box came with a very small wrench for tightening nuts, I would recommend a socket wrench for easier assembly. The chairs are very comfortable for long term sitting and visiting!
This set would have been great had it not been damaged. Unfortunately I did not notice before assembling and its kind of a pain to do.
Update: I reached out to the company and they offered me 50 off to make it better. I felt this was fair. Great customer service goes a long ways.
Love this set so far!! Looks beautiful on our new deck!! Chairs are very heavy! But very nice. Fire pit doesnt put out a great amount of heat but works for a chilly night. Chairs a very comfortable. Have gotten many compliments.
This item arrived with a small dent in the table. I sent a message to the seller who responded very quickly (within a day or two) with a partial refund. I love the chairs, very comfortable. The table works great. I will be buying a couple more chairs. The little screw in feet do tend to come out of the chair legs. Nothing a little glue wont fix.
This set would have received a 5 out of 5 except the cover for the fire doesnt fit quite right. The corners on one side of the table top cover does not fit into the recess of the fire pit. One edge is always sticking out. Plus I wish the cushions on the back had the same velcro fasteners as the bottom cushions to secure them to the chair frame. BUT, everything else is fabulous! Very comfortable. I love the rocking aspect of the chairs. The feet on the bottom of the chairs and the fire pit have level adjustments so absolutely nothing can be unlevel. (which makes me cry) It took some time to put everything together, but was not difficult.
Like I said, not completely perfect, but oh so close!
This set is just what I wanted//the base is wide and sturdy, theres a little rocking action. The chair cushions are a tweedy medium gray, not too dark. Assembly was pretty easy.
