When I ordered this, there was not a single review. I was nervous but took a chance and ordered it anyway. It took a while to get it from the time I ordered it to delivery. It is VERY heavy so make sure a second person helps you out. Once I put it together, I found the instructions very clear and easy to follow. When I opened up the back of the headboard where the storage is, I noticed a rip in the black fabric that is designed to cover the wood finish inside. This was the only damage and it is hidden inside the storage area so I am not too worried about it. The quality is good but the wood shelves weren't filled with wood filler so you can see the nail holes when you are up close. The stained finish hides them pretty well. One thing I do not like about this bed is that it's low to the ground so much so that I can't store anything under the bed (shoe storage doesn't fit). Otherwise, I like the power plug for charging devices, the quality of the bed in general and the ease of setup (takes some time though). Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
