Lightweight and sturdy. It came a bit roughed up on one side. Enough to expose a bit of metal through paint. I plan on it being pretty roughed up using it, and given the current situation dont want to hassle with return. So that was disappointing. Would probably have returned for a new one otherwise. Beside that I was happy that it really was sturdy to sit on and for the amount I have used it, really comfortable. I was unsure with the straps, but was pleasantly surprised on that count.
I use this stool in the field while hunting. It’s height is perfect for the taller hunter as it makes it easier to quickly stand up. The seat is wide enough for a larger person and is comfortable for long periods of sitting. I own 2 of them. One stays on the ATV and the other in my truck.
We use these in our barnyard with our goats. They are perfect! Not bulky or heavy. Easy to carry out to the yard and be able to sit and interact with the animals or take a break from work. Very sturdy, light weight, does not take up much room, and comfortable. We have also used them to take with us fishing. Easy to throw in the truck. Dont have to unpack and repack it like the chairs in the bags.
I looked at a lot of these; Im glad I went with this one. I use a shoulder strap to carry it hunting, and I use a bungee cord to secure it to myself. In carrying it this way: it doesnt move around when I walk, its easy to set it up, and my hands are free. I get tired very quickly, when standing. I needed a stool that was light weight, sufficiently tall (Im 6 ft,240 lbs), and could be quickly set up in various land conditions. This works great for me! If you are looking for what I was, you have found it.
