This was definitely a good buy. Very pleased with my purchase. Directions were easy to follow took me approximately half hour to assemble Good quality.
Nice product, a ton of parts to put together. But the top bolts securing upper bunk side rails pull the built in fastener/ nut when being tightened. I fear this will break over time. And sooner than later if you have wild kids. Part missing otherwise I like it.
Directions were missing. Had to call for them. The model number was not found on their website. Yes they did email it to me fast. Its a little wobbly. Not too much but very light weight so I will most likely be replacing it shortly because I have fast growing boys. Its also pretty short. Like if it was a little taller the trundle wouldnt seem almost forced under Horrible to put together.
