Bed looks exactly as advertised. Would be a five star if it didnt get slightly damaged in shipping. But thats on transport, bed was otherwise well packaged. Pieces were a little off. I received two 9 pieces and one of my ladder pieces was missing a set of pre drilled holes. Both problems were easily fixed with a drill but Im still disappointed I had to modify them myself. Less than expected
love the color Such a fun bunk bed! It looks really nice in my sons bedroom and he absolutely loves it. Its not the most solid construction but not unstable in any way.
The look of it is nice but the hardware is junk. I had 6 tops of the bolts come off which now makes it difficult to ever take apart and leaves rough bolt ends for someone to get hurt. I couldnt imagine hand tightening this with the allen wrench included. Your fingers would be sore with all the tightening. Do yourself a favor and use a hex bit socket. Borrow one if you dont have some. I believe I used size 4 metric. pretty standard for furniture. I thought about attaching the bit to a drill but the wood seems week. I recommend just using a socket. Was not as good as it looks does not worth the money
The bed is well designed and that is why we bought it.
However:
Wood quality is low,the surfaces are not filed and badly painted.
In addition, assembly is so complex that we had to hire a handyman to help us with it.
Only when assembly was done we realized how ugly the surfaces are.
We will have the bed filed and repainted.
Their costumer service seemed to try to not help and just waste time so refund option would expire.
Please read their return policy before buying part from them and consider if it is really a good option.
please also see that they have ~20% of bad reviews. Doesnt assemble easily
Not good quality. This bunk bed is definitely cute but my kids have already somehow broken off a piece of the ladder and it seems very likely it will be broken down even more in the coming months/years. It is lower in cost than most bunk beds so I guess its what you pay for but it really doesnt seem safe to have a 2 and a 4 year old jumping around on it. Its not solid or sturdy enough for kids.
