    FINALLY

This is my 3rd try at a Big Tall office chair. Finally, a chair that meets the posted product description. This chair has a big enough and comfortable seat, the chair can lock in an upright position, and I love that the armrests can be pushed back out of the way. Excellent, Stylish and safe

Great chair for short people and small office space

Series 1 chair is a great chair for short people and small office space. Easy assembly, light-weight, and so comfortable. A bit overpriced for the materials used for the chair though. If you are very tall or large, I dont think this is a good chair. great product!

    Great WFH chair!

My only regret is not ordering this sooner. WFH approaching almost a year and previous chair + pillow for back support was no longer cutting it. The color of the chair does look a bit darker than in the photo, which was perfect for me. I do worry a bit about the quality of adjustable armrests... they function great now but I feel like if I put too much weight in them in the right spot it could be a problem. Time will tell I suppose! And assembly was so easy... no tools. Unboxed and assembled in less than 5 min. Great product at great price

do more research before ordering a chair to be sure it fits your need.

This chair is fine for the purpose it is intended. But I should have been more diligent in choosing a chair. This chair is clearly for an office while I wanted one that was a little bigger and more comfortable. Made very cheap

Comfortable, easy to assemble, very overpriced

Up front: I ended up returning mine for reasons that will become clear. PROS: - Very easy to assemble (though there is a caveat to this below). Unlike many chairs that you have to screw the bolts in every part to assemble it, this is very very easy; all of the pieces slide or snap together and some are already partially assembled (the metal seat base that attaches to the pneumatic cylinder is already attached to the seat, for example). The seat just slides in and and snaps into place with the back and the arms slide down into the holes and thats it. CAVEAT: (and the reason I returned mine) the left arm of mine inserted into the hole fine, but (unlike the right arm) did not stay in place (theres a button on the bottom side you push to adjust the height of the arms - this button did nothing on the left arm). So the left arm would just fall all the way down. I had to tape it in place with gaffer tape since I had already thrown my old chair away and needed to use this until I got a replacement. -Seat is very comfortable. I could do with a little more padding on the seat itself, since I do a lot of work at the computer for hours every day, editing video and photos - the more padding the better. The adjustable lumbar support on the back is awesome. And the adjustable arms (when they both work) are great. And the wheels are very carpet friendly. - The maximum height is higher than most other office chairs which is nice if you have long legs or have a high desk. Of course you can lower it to whatever you want as well. CONS: - Mine was defective, as mentioned. - I wish the arms could be adjustable forward and backward, instead of just vertically up and down - Overpriced. This was about $400 with tax when I got it. I expect a very very nice chair for that. I dont expect something with a huge defect out of the box. Materials also didnt feel as as youd think a $400 chair would get. - Wish it had a leather seat, but I knew it didnt up front - Again, more padding in the seat would be nice - Wish the arm rests were padded instead of bare plastic - It is INCREDIBLY hard to disassemble. Honestly I only disassembled enough to get it in the box to return it. I have no idea how to remove the arms once you insert them. It took two people to separate what little we could to make it fit back in the box. Not an issue unless you have to return it like I did. Im giving it three stars (should be 2.5 but Ill round up) because 1) its SUPER easy to assemble, like no other chair Ive ever purchased 2) it is very nice, all things considered, but 3) mine was defective, and 4) it really should be a bit more (materials, for example) for a $400 item. This really feels more like a $200 chair tops. I ended up getting a leather mid back chair from Staples for $139.99 and while it isnt nearly as adjustable nor as easy to assemble, its more comfortable and not defective. Quality needs to improve

    Worth the money

Its pretty small, but for the money seems good. Definitely better than the junk it replaced. Furniture has a way of sticking around way past its useful life. This seems like a good balance between economy and long-term qualify. Comfortable, and looks nice too.

    Very nice

Sure beats the creaky decade-old Office* chair it replaced! Feels solid, nice cushion. Nice lumbar support. worth every penny

    Perfect chair for home office.

Love it. Was going to get a much more expensive Steel Case chair and Im glad I didnt. This one is perfect. I added the rubber rollers to it that I got off as well. Easy to assemble, light smell

Comfortable, adjustable, modern looking chair from a solid manufacturer

Now that I am working from my home office during COVID-19, I decided it was time to replace my inexpensive home office chair with something more supportive. I started looking at inexpensive chairs from no-name manufacturers (actually from prime day) but the reviews were wildly inconsistent and each chair had enough bad reviews about failing components that I decided to look for a more reputable manufacturer. Of course that took the price up many factors, but I found that (who anyone in business knows) had a lower end chair that still had a lifetime warranty (vs the 1 year warranty of the no-names) so I decided to risk it. The chair is very comfortable. The padding on my tush is much more substantial than my prior cheap chair, and I find more back support from its design and use of an adjustable lumbar far superior. The seat pad is adjustable so you can slide it to your best fit. The arm rests are height adjustable. I love that these chairs colors are highly customizable, although the penalty is time for delivery. I was able to find a combo color I liked in stock so I didnt go for the totally custom option. The chair assembles in a few minutes, amazingly with zero tools or fasteners, all parts just snapping together. The main chair body is polymer (plastic?) but is very solid with metal parts for the moving elements. I am very happy with my purchase but see below for a few minor negatives. Plus - Comfortable, thick and adjustable bottom cushion - Comfortable back design - Adjustable lumbar support - Adjustable (height only on my model) arm rests - Adjustable setting for tilt, locked or medium resistance - Sharp, modern design and a wide range of color options Cons - My chair was packaged as though it was part of a corporate purchase. Incredibly there was no documentation included. No owners manual, no warranty info, etc. The installation instructions are printed on the box and I found the rest on the internet and printed my own. my cat love it too, haha
