I had to purchase a replacement office chair as the one I previously had ended up breaking after two years.
Not only is this product everything listed in the description, but it really is amazingly comfortable to sit on. The cushions as well as the lumbar support is truly plush yet just the right amount of firm. Easy to assemble
Overall the comfort is good, but I have a defective left arm rest that does not tilt all the way back and for some reason tilts forward when its not supposed to be that way. I would not buy again
I use this chair for hours everyday and Im getting more use to it but it is not an all day comfy chair. After an hour it starts to nag at you. It arrived nice and fast, it was super simple to put together and very importantly it feels sturdy and safe. Not sturdy at all,
I am a big dude and I was having trouble finding a budget friendly chair for 500lbs. i bought this on a flash sale and am so glad I did! The reviews stated that whenever there was an issue the seller was prompt, responsive and addressed their concerns so, I felt confident in ordering it . That was 6 months ago and this is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned! There was a problem with the hydraulics and base but the seller was exactly as the reviews described and was so prompt and had a replacement part sent over quickly! The chair is back to 100% and has made this big guy very happy! Excellent customer service
Ive been suffering in a terrible chair at home for far too long so this chair is a big relief and major improvement. We all know that struggle at work and at home so anything that fits is a major relief and victory. This Big Tall has the width I need but I do wish that the seat was deeper or that the back was more adjustable. Im 6 450 male and the arms are also way too low considering this chair is marketed for Big Tall, it is at my waist level. I like that the arms fold back. Also the casters while adequate are cheap and do not roll well so I will certainly replace them soon. Having a deeper seat and/ or being able to adjust the angle even a few degrees bit would alleviate the feeling of sliding out of the seat some report. Assembly was easy after watching the video. I am glad I purchased a second one on sale for my other sitting and working area at home.
I may try adding a couple of washers under the front of the seat mechanism to see if that helps the seat angle on my second chair. Nice quality, easy too assemble, looks nice.
Finally a chair that doesnt hurt my thighs, lower back, and legs. The wide seat and cushion makes it comfortables especially since i work long hours sitting. The best work chair after so many years of using different brands Its not for everyone, but its perfect for us!

This is really sturdy, easy to assemble, and is incredibly supportive. The seat is a wide base and is great for a heavier person. I love that the arms move and stay completely back and do not interfere with the hips. I bought sturdy rollerblade casters instead of using the plastic ones that came with. Quick shipping too. Overall excellent purchase. It looks amazing
I am a 57, 295lb female that works from home, sitting at a desk, 8-9 hours a day. Ive also never put a chair together before but I know how to follow basic instructions. I bought this chair because I have a lap cat and I wanted a bigger seat.
I put this chair together, by myself, in about 20 minutes. It is super comfortable. I didnt have any issues with anything being broken, missing, or falling apart as some other people have said to experience. When I sit in the chair, I dont slide forward like one of the other reviews stated. I was debating on about 20 different chair options and am really glad I chose this one! If you know how to work a basic office chair, you know how to pull out or push in the lever to allow the back to recline and how to push the handle down to make the chair go down, or get off of the chair and do the same to make it go up. I think some of those more negative reviews were operator error.
I love the chair. Im glad I bought it. My husband, who also works from home, already wants to steal it and is planning to buy another one for his office space because I am not giving this one up!
