This was exactly what my daughter wanted. Fairly easy to put together, though 2 people are needed for some parts.
A piece was broken when we took it out of the box. Called the number in the instructions but it was a Sunday so they were closed. Went to the website where I was able to fill out a replacement part request. Within a few hours I was contacted by email for proof of purchase. A new part was sent out the next day, Monday, and it came on Thursday.

This bed is super cute. It definitely took two people to get it put together but didnt take more than an hour. Once put together the bed seems a little wobbly. The 160 pound weight limit might be generous. Works well for an 8 year old. I like this one.
This is a very sturdy product and I put up with no problems as a single woman.just use walls to help support it. The paint scent for newness dissipated quickly and the only thing I had a concern with initially was which direction the headboard went. We LOVE this! And the ladder can go on either side. I would recommend getting a foam pad or something to give a little more cushion for the mattress or like a mattress topper. We ordered a great mattress but she still said it felt uncomfortable. Not sure if that was due to mattress itself or that she felt the bars (55lbs) but she loves it now that we have the foam padding on top. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
Put this up the same day it was delivered. I recommend just reading the directions and setting in areas of the room the different parts. Took about 35min to assemble. Wondering where I can get some extra screws as some stripped on the head? Would like to be able to use this again when we move of course. Also should just say the twin mattress width recommended should also be listed as the one we had is too thick, but luckily a new one is needed. If I remember to update this after we get a mattress that fits, will provide more info. Decent for the price
I am a petite adult weighing at approximately 120lbs and the bed holds up pretty nicely. I just got the bed assembled 2 days ago and am still in the process of rearranging everything in my room so its a bit messy, but as you can see in the pictures I have so much more room and can put my shelves under the bed now. Hopefully I can come back and edit this review and upload a picture or two after I am done moving things around. Just waiting for a day off from work. Great purchase! Glad to have chosen this bed! So far meets my expectations
My son is 4, he loved it the first week and couldnt wait to sleep on it! But then it started feeling less and less stable and he stopped climbing up. Very wobbly, and the screws have to be retightened every month or so.
Underneath were able to have fuller use of his room with the added space of the loft. The legs are thin and unobstructive which is aesthetically great (but also probably a part of the stability issue).
There were some bumps, bruises and very slight imperfections to the one we received but i didnt have time to return it and we needed a bed in our new place asap.
If you get this one make sure you have solid wall support on at least 2 sides with no moulding at the base. We have base mouldings that prevent full wall support so were stuck with the wobbly bed for our 36lb son (weight added to emphasize that hes a slim kid and the wobbliness is not due to overuse or inappropriate use, just not the best engineering on this one). Terrible quality

Looks good but is wobbly, needs tightened constantly and was a two man job to assemble. Comfortable and high quality!
