My daughter bought this for my granddaughter; my wife and I assembled it this weekend. I was impressed by the solid wood construction (no particle board!), by the sturdy design and high/quality hardware. All hardware was packaged separately and identified by number (referenced in the instructions); no loose parts floating in a cardboard box. No missing parts, although I would have appreciated ONE extra wooden dowel / broke one when I tried to do a step out of order! The finish is nicely done, and held up under the usual handling of assembly.
BTW, granddaughter (age 11) LOVED it. And finally, a great value for the price. very reasonably priced as well.
I bought my 12 year old daughter this and she loves it. When it arrived it came about 10 days before it was supposed to. And had a little damage from Shipping which I had expected. I put it together by myself in about an hour and a half Im pretty strong and I am a mechanic by trade, I would recommend to people for assembly found myself needing an extra hand here and there but I managed. Its pretty sturdy it looks good I would recommend it. Cute and comfortable
This bed is totally awesome my kids have used this furniture for many things I like the smooth ladder and well designed guard rail so my kid wont fall off while sleeping. I used the service to build the bed, well worth it the dude was cool and smart. I was very excited to receive!
My daughter loves her bed, make sure to measure distance from the top of bed to the ceiling because the bed is pretty high, At some point I see my husband cutting the legs a little bit so she can have more room. Also, its cheaper on other large retailer websites. Very stylish and great quality!
I got this bed as an early Christmas present. Being too old for my princess palace bed, after I looked around some, I decided on this loft bed.
The shipping was faster than expected, and the box was a little torn, but that was expected. Once we opened the box, we saw the wood was just as expected, the same color brown as in the picture, maybe a little nicer looking. The instructions seemed to be pretty clear, and we were able to construct it (with 3 people) in about 2 to 3 hours. the ladder was sturdy, and when I got up it didnt wobble at all, or I couldnt feel it wobbling AT ALL, which was surprising, since there was about 80 pounds total on the bed, I THINK. anyways, there was the mattress, me, blankets, and a pile of stuffed animals. I could sit up in it, and the area below the bed provided lots of room, and hanging sheets around the bottom part provided a hideout to do homework, journal, and just self/relax time. There was no paint smell and it smelled like nice pure wood, exactly what it was. Definitely looks nice.
