Ive bought sofas online before and been incredibly disappointed, so I expected the same here. Im happy to say this sofa, so far, does not factor into my disappointments. It was packed well (2 boxes), arrived on time and is roomier and more comfortable than Id imagined it would be.
Material is soft to the touch. Couch is sturdy and supportive. Delivery was right on time between the hours we picked. There is no complaints, great buy.
The sofa is in good condition, I am only wondering about the price. I bought a sofa for $ 2199, after two days the same sofa in the same side cost $ 1739.1. I don't know why and I don't understand it. It feels strange. The difference of almost $ 460 in two days is puzzling to me and I feel cheated.
I like the look, I like the size and its comfortable. The downside is quality and durability. I was under the impression it would come with wooden legs (their plastic) not a big deal, you cant see them but it speaks to quality. The cleat on the chaise part of the sectional has had one of the screws strip out after 1 month of normal use. That I can fix but shouldnt need to, again a quality issue. This is a bit of concern for the durability my last couch lasted for over 10 years this ones broken after a month. Its a good looking couch…sooo Ive got that going for me.

They look like two different couches. The height is different and back cushion are different sizes

Love this couch
This is a really nice Couch and it came with the throw pillows. I just moved and coould get the couch within a week. It is big.
