It's a nice couch, but the way they put the hardware on is really poor quality. Theres ONE BRACKET holding the WHOLE THING together. Apparently no one saw the need to put a bolt on the other side where it screws in so now the screws just pull out. Now I have to spend money on brackets and rip up the bottom of my brand new couch to install the brackets the way anyone with an ounce of common sense would.
After ripping the fabric off the underneath of the couch, I was able to see the insides of the couch, there is very little support under the cushions, so this couch isn't going to last the years I was hoping a piece of furniture is going to last me.
This couch is the kind of furniture you see in one of those cheap, no name furniture stores, NOT worth the money I paid for it.
This sectional is literally the highlight and the center piece of my room! Everything about this from the look, color, feel, quality it meets all of my expectations! I couldnt be happier and I know this couch will last me a very long time!

Don't hesitate to buy this couch, it should be somewhere between 1300-1400 and well worth the money. The couch is low profile but the firmness makes it comfortable for everyone. Plus you can always buy taller couch legs. The couch is not as blue as shown, it's more toned down with a slight green, but it changes depending light or dark room. I'm actually more happy with the color after seeing in person. The slanted backs are great for relaxing, just throw one of the mustard pillows behind your head. I actually ordered new pillow covers for mine, size is 18x18.
Only complaint is the sectional connector, there is only one and they did not match up properly(drilled incorrectly). I ordered an extra set of 2 for 6.49 on , they can easily be redrilled and set.
UPDATE: So the company contacted me out of the blue and offered to ship the connector and a complimentary gift as an apology. That was a definite surprise, that is customer service! I didnt even have to call them they contacted me first! Thank you very much !
First off this is a beautiful sectional, so soft to the touch! It looks so elegant! Sits a little low but not too low. The back rest is just high enough to give support. I have it at three stars because of two things, first it is pretty firm and bouncy. I wish it had more stuffing and was more plush. Second (and I read this in another review but thought it was just a fluke) the chaise side of the couch DID NOT come with a connector! The sofa side has the installed hardware but the chaise has nothing so you cant connect the two sections together! (See second picture) The sectional just slides apart all the time, very nerve wracking. Overall nice sectional just had hoped for more comfort but the style and feel almost make up for that. FYI The couch came with two brown velvet pillows and one gray velvet pillow. I added my own pink pillows. Also, the sectional squeaks a bit.
Just a awesome couch. Beautiful, Sturdy and comfortable. Cat hair brushes right off. Even when the cats scratch the material you can't even tell. Just love this couch.
I like the furniture, well built, very comfy. However, where the chaise connects to couch, the pieces were not aligned and I'm not able to secure pieces together (about 2 inches off). Not happy about that but I can move the bracket myself. A real pain in the butt to try and connect with someone to let them know about this.
My order did not include the legs. I know they need to be screwed onto the couch, but they were not included in the box. How can I get the manufacturer to send me the legs?
HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!! Terrible delivery experience and it had something broken internally in one of the seats which we realized after a few days (not surprising based on their roughness unloading the boxes). Waiting for a replacement delivery. However the couch is BEAUTIFUL and very large and comfortable. It is definitely low profile and we may look for slightly taller feet to make it a little easier for getting up and down off couch (bad knees). It seems to be made well and very sturdy. Highly recommend it.
