I bought this sweet love seat after looking for a repurposed love seat everywhere, they were expensive and not in great shape, when I saw this on , I knew it was just right. There was a small tear in the arm, I texted with the customer service rep, Zhu Tracy, she communicated immediately and I received a replacement timely without any fuss. I will order again from this company.
I love my green sofa so much. When it arrived there were some fabric defects so I contacted customer support straight away and Tracy from July was fantastic to deal with and helped me sort this out asap. I have had my sofa a couple months now and it's holding up great. The sofa is comfortable to sit and watch tv on and I get so many complements on how it looks. Would definitely recommend!
So cute! Came with the free pillows, which arent my fav but thats not what I ordered for. This couch is super easy to assemble, like you dont even need to look at the directions simple. The two pieces attach by two legs at the bottom, which isnt very sturdy, so be careful if you pick it up. Other than that, its a wonderful couch for a wonderful price! The legs and arm rests are in the bottom of the sofa, I missed that bit of info at first. It came in two packages and a day apart. Also, it is on the firmer side, but that doesnt bottom me
It was easy to assemble and it is beautiful and true to the color of the photo, the back cushions are very thin and short, they could improve them, I still like the furniture
