The couch is deffinitely worth the price! Much more comfortable than I thought it would be. Ive gotten other cheap couches on here and those were pretty uncomfortable. I did just get it a month ago so maybe over time itll become less comfortable, but its good for now!
The customer service is also great. I received a right side that was different than the left. This side worked fine but the connective pieces that the right backrest and seat had werent as stable as the ones on the left side. I contacted customer service and they messaged me back quickly and were able to send me right side that had the correct connective pieces.
I saw some reviews that mentioned how the backrest would fall off. This concerned me but from my understanding, theyve switched the type of connective pieces that they use to one that doesnt let the back fall off.
Much to my disappointment, the couch came with missing parts. In addition, the color contrast was a bit off from the products page (I orde a dark-gray couch, but it was more of a navy blue or dark blue upon arrival). Therefore, I really wasnt able to use the couch, as I was not able to assemble it. However, when I notified the seller/company about the situation, they were very helpful and provided various solutions to fix the issue. We eventually worked out a solution in the end - one I was satisfied with. While I wasnt necessarily satisfied with the product itself, the excellent customer service working towards a solution is enough for me to give this at least 3 stars.
The only complaint is that on the middle of the couch where the legs are suppose to screw in didnt have threads. Inter than that its serving its purpose.
If you have a small space, this couch is definitely a great fit for it, unfortunately I was expecting it to be a little larger than it is. Product dimensions are listed though, so its really my own fault for not checking the measurements. No points off for that.

Assembly super quick and easy, but comfort is not there. Its about as comfortable and sitting on a wooden bench with a thin seat pad on the seat and back. So, the pictures and description on newly enhanced padding is pretty misleading.
The picture with the gentleman sitting on the couch in product description clearly has him photoshopped in, because that is pretty misleading as well. Its about the size of a long park bench. The back only goes to my mid back (unlike the guy in the pic, where it looks about the size of a standard loveseat), and the bottom seat goes a few inches short to the back of my knee (like I said, feels like Im sitting on a padded bench).

If you can fit a regular size, standard love seat in your living space, and are looking for one at a bargain, this isnt it. Its more of something for a bedroom maybe, or an entry way.
This small-ish loveseat is just what we were looking for. I say small-ish because it doesnt take up much space, but its roomier than I thought it would be. Three can sit, two can sit with lots of space in between, and its long enough to nap on if youre not really tall.
It is very firm. That took some getting used to because our previous loveseat was overstuffed and I kept flopping down on this one at first. Now Im used to it and actually prefer it to sinking down into stuffing.
We had it put together in less than 20 minutes from the time we opened it.

Great for Price
The couch works. Thats all I have to say its not huge but I can still nap on it. Im 195 and 5 feet with legs and my nap was pretty comfortable.

Good value for the money.
Easy to assemble strong and firm. Not a sleeping Loveseat for me but its good for reading and using a lab top.
