Bought a returned item with no physical damage on it at all. All parts were included, it just appeared to be a beat up box on the exterior but everything else was inside on the plastic wrap from the factory unopened.
Es exelente, muy buen material, facil de armar, el manual viene bien especificado, armarla me tomo solo 15minutos, es una silla muy comoda pero hay que tener en cuenta tu estatura, soy una persona que mide 1 metro 61. (5,3) y me ha quedado perfecta pienso que esta silla esta hecha para personas que esten entre el 1,60 y el 1,70, ya llevo unos 3 meses probandola y la verdad me parece muy comoda y fresca puedo pasar muchas horas en ella y realmente no siento ningun tipo de incomodidad la recomiendo totalmente
This is a very comfortable gaming chair. Perfect for hours, upon hours of gaming, if a person should so choose to play for that long. This chair is also very light in comparison to other similar style gaming chairs. Definitely worth the money in my own personal opinion. A good buy (FIVE STARS)
I am fat. Every chair Ive bought before this one has been squished and bent.
Not this one! 3 years in and while theres a little wobble in the arm rests and the padding is a little squished on the sides of the seat, its still going strong!
The large box containing the chair parts was clearly used before, and when we took all the parts out, some of them came in a plastic packaging that was taped back up. But we assembled it anyway, hoping it contained all the parts we needed. Fortunately we were able to assemble it. However, when we moved it into the room, we could smell a musty odor coming from it, presumably from the seat cushion. My guess is that maybe it had gotten wet and was returned? (And then shipped off to us - awesome!)
The chair itself is comfortable for my son (and for me, when I tried it - I especially enjoyed the lumbar support). The arms feel cheap though - not comfortable arm rests! Theyre like, sharp and thin plastic. It would be better if they were covered in the same stuff thats on the chair. But that wont bother my son.
Its difficult to roll on the carpet - even low pile carpet. I know most office chairs dont roll well on carpet but the wheels are pretty cheap plastic and basically will not move at all on our carpet. Its not really an issue but I was surprised that the wheels were so cheap.
Packaging was sloppy. All parts where in good shape. Assembled in about 10 minutes.
Im 6ft, 170 lbs, and it fits like a glove. the sides of the cushion are are uncomfortable when crossing one leg.
After 4 hours of use, the right arm rest broke off. It looks like the screws inside both arm rest where overtightened and striped out the plastic holes. Only a matter of time before the other one breaks off.
said they cant service the warranty or send parts until 30 days after purchase. And says contact Support for replacement parts. So my only option to return the whole thing.

its a good chair for the price. It hugs you in the thigh area. Im 60 and 200ish pounds and its snug. beats a ergo chair.
