One of the 3 boxes had line art of the wrong bed on it. Wasted 2 days trying to contact the company to make sure it was the right box because it states you cant return if you open the box.
Also the instructions are very confusing about which bolts / screws to use on which steps.
Also had to go to Lowes to get longer bolts to connect the bed to the stairs
BUT now that its together, Im very happy with it.
It looks better than expected. It took a little time to figure out the directions as some pieces were mislabeled, but overall it has been a hit! The kids love it!!!
Extremely happy!! Beautiful bed and the kids love it!! Very sturdy, assembly was not too bad doing it by myself. Great value and fine bed for the price. The only problem I had is a wish there parts were a little better labeled for assembly. Other than that, absolutely perfect!
Its worth every penny. Smart buy. My son loves the bed. We had to call to get the instructions to put it together cause it didnt come with them but over all it was a great purchase
My husband and I put these beds together in an easy Saturday afternoon (granted, he is good with following assembly instructions). The one critique I have for the assembly instructions is that it would tell you the steps to put one bed together, or to connnect one bed, etc. and you just have to repeat those same instructions for each bed. Which is fine.. but there is no indication in the instructions to continue with each one until all four are done, so we just had to figure that out. But excellent quality for the money!! I feel the beds are very sturdy and look forward to many years of use. Tip: be sure to take into account where the ceiling fan is in the room. I failed to do that and it was almost too close for comfort!
