Overall I like the how sturdy the bed is. However we had issues. Comes in four different boxes and all were delivered at different times over a week span. Put the dresser together to discover that two of the drawer pieces were missing and we had double of some parts instead. The company sent another dresser. After a week the knobs broke on the dresser drawers. Ended up buying new hardware. While putting the bed together, I happened to notice parts were labeled wrong after putting most parts together. Took more times then necessary to put together due to that issue. Love this product. No issues.

My grandson (6) loves his new big boy bed! He has been sleeping with his parents, but from night one, he is on his own, full time, no issues! The bed was ok to put together, directions were not great, but if you think it through you will get it. The rails on the steps are narrow and hurt his feet, so i cut pool noodles (learned that from other reviews) and he has had no problems. The rail slats that hold the mattress arent very thick, so we put a strict no jumping on the bed rule, in time Ill put a brace underneath just for peace of mind. But it is a run for a little boy who loves his own space. We put his old toddler mattress underneath the bed for a more comfortable place to hang out. This one was perfect
When I bought this product, it was unrated. I dont like to write bad reviews, but this has been such an ordeal that I wish someone else had written a review so I would have known to steer clear.
It arrived in 4 boxes. For the most part, the bed frame was okay, and not overly difficult to assemble. There were a few mislabled instructions, but I was able to figure it all out. The desk was okay, but I overtightened a screw which ended up cracking the desk top, and a wheel arrived broken. The chest was short on one type of bracket with one extra of the other bracket, and the bookshelf arrived with no instructions.
I emailed customer service, and they were quick to respond and send out replacements. I am grateful for this, and its why I gave the product 2 stars instead of 1. However, instead of just sending the parts I needed, they sent the entire desk and chest again. I now have most of the pieces for those items and they are completely useless and taking up space. Also, the second chest arrived with the same parts mixup as the first, so Id say theyre probably all going out with the same issue.
So I finally have it all together, and Id say the quality is just okay. My daughter is about to be 5 and I really cant see her using this bed past her early teens. All in all, I wish Id gone with something a little sturdier.That was a problem!!

While we were building our I shopped around for a loft bed for my daughters room. I read a lot of reviews and decided to land on this one. It is fantastic and great quality. My husband assembled in in about an hour by himself. He was impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. Product was just as descriproduct
Nice looking but some of the pieces were damaged. A part of my daughters desk piece had a chunk out of it and now you can see the screw. Overall its pretty decent. Little disappointed That we paid that much and it had several pieces damaged. My daughter is seven and likes it and is excited to use the desk. But other than that its nice
