We ordered the trampoline for our 9 year old daughter and we could not be happier. We were very impressed with the high quality and easy setup. It took my husband with the help of my daughter just over an hour to get it all setup and ready to go. Watching her spend hours of enjoyment outside made the purchase of this trampoline priceless.

The trampoline itself is very good quality. Sturdy and well-made. The instructions are a little hard to follow (especially the net assembly. Put the rods in the net first before attaching to frame and save yourself some headaches). The manufacturers were very helpful with replacing some springs lost in shipping. All-in-all, a great quality product for the price.
Easy to put together. My kids love it 11 year old and 3 year old. Just wish it came with the ladder right away. Using a step stool right now to help me kids get on. Hopefully I will receive the ladder after registering the product
I rate this purchase at 5 stars, not just because of the product itself; but also for the help the manufacturer provided when there was a shipping problem involved. The trampoline is as nice as it looks in the on-line picture. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and it was assembled by me and my 3 year old granddaughter with no problems !!! Putting on the netting took a little time, however; in all fairness: Im sure when the instructions said it was a two person job, they expected the second person to be a little older than 3 !!! My granddaughter loves it, as does the rest of the family When there was a shipping delay caused by the shipper, the manufacturer responded to my e-mails immediately and bent over backwards to do everything they could on their end to made things right. I would not hesitate to re-buy from this company, they have a good product and excellent customer service.
