Perfect Trampoline! My hubby was able to put this together by himself. He had a little difficulty putting the net up since hes on the shorter side but he managed. He tested it out and it works great. Perfect size for our 2 girls (7 and 9) and some friends. Can fit about 3-6 7 year old kids at once. Weve had this for over a year and it ended up getting damaged from the extremely strong winds we had. I contacted and they were quick to respond and super helpful! They even sent us replacement parts so we could fix what was damaged. I highly recommend this product AND manufacturer.
one of the legs broke from the bottom after a while and they send me a couple new ones at no cost. their customer service was and process really made a big difference on this issue I had.
The trampoline is very straightforward to assemble. It takes about hour and 45 minutes to assemble when following the instructions manual. Manual is easy to follow, but make sure to follow the springs assembly - it will be easier on you to follow the recommended pattern. The safety net takes a while, but it is well worthy and provides safety and peace of mind. I got 2 boys, which are already putting it through its paces and for a month of use - we have not met any issues. The trampoline is sturdy and the kids love it.
I had a single spring being defective, and support replaced it with not one but a dozen spare springs! I appreciate good support!
Set up our trampoline today. Easy build, took about 2 hours. Seems like it will last. After being built the kids had a great time bouncing for hours . I especially like the fact that the legs provide a more stable platform as compared to similar products.
