So far, so good! It was a little tricky to put it together, since the instructions are not 100%. I was able to find a video on , and made it easier for 2 people to put it together.
So far so good. Put it together in a couple of hours. One of the O ring stabilizers for one of the posts was warped and doesnt fit the pole. I will have to reach out to customer service to get a replacement. Other than that its a great product.
This product was delivered on time; except parts were not manufactured correctly. I called and no one ever answered, even though the recording told me I was next in line to speak w/ a representative. I also emailed them! The email worked. Customer service sent the pieces I needed. I then discovered I was missing some hardware. I emailed customer service and they sent me more hardware. The product is what I expected and kids are having fun!! This company deserves 5 stars because of how they resolved my issues. I suggest emailing if you ever need help.
Day 1: Set up in 3 hours, and the boys were jumping and happy by the afternoon. The structure is sturdy, and the netting is strong enough to take an impact and reflect the jumper. Satisfied!
It was easy to build with just 2 people. Its not too small nor too big for my front yard. I can now be sure my kids wont get injured by knowing the net is around the trampoline.

Happy with it
While family is enjoying the trampoline so far. Instructions are a little confusing but wasnt terribly difficult to put together.
A quality product
Great sturdy trampoline, we assembled it in about an hour. Children loved it and it is safe to use by adults as well.

Great product
We bought this for a gift. The frame assembly was easy but I takes a few people to stretch out and attach the mat. The boys love the trampoline.
