Our children love, love it! It has brought?many great hours of joy so far. It was a little hard to follow the directions to be put together, but once it was?figured out,went together pretty easily. One problem we did have was that when trying to tighten the bolts a few of them would strip instead of tighten. One of the best things we have ever bought our children. Great product!
Just got this trampoline for our toddler and everything has been great so far. It is the perfect size (10 feet) for him and our yard. Big enough for adults to enjoy too. Great quality and arrived right on time. We are so grateful to have this since we cant go out much these days.
Our three kids needed something else to get their energy out at home during the quarantine. This trampoline came fast and it was a perfect size. Fairly easy to assemble, but I am glad I made sure to read everything twice as the process and order is highly important to avoid a problem. It took maybe 1-2 hours with kids running around us to put together. We had to make a few adjustments with our drill to make sure holes lined up when assembling the netting top, but it worked out and we had already seen other reviews about that so we were prepared. The customer service when we had a question was awesome! Would order again!
My kids and I were extremely excited upon arrival of the trampoline and quickly assembled it the day of with 1 adult and 2 younger kids. The assembly was very quick and easy to complete, aside from sliding the protective netting over the foam padded poles. The foam kept rolling, slipping down or tearing in small areas. Other than that assembly was fine. For a 10 trampoline with net enclosure, it actually does not take up any more space than it requires and has a sleek/minimal design, unlike other bulkier options.
The only issue with the trampoline is the zipper closure. I wish there would be another clip or some type of clasp to hold the zipper shut. It will not stay closed on its own and always is unzipped about 6-8 inches even with the clip closed. Another thing that may help to alleviate this issue would be to have one more bungie hook at the very end of the netting under where the zipper is sewn.
My kids adore the trampoline and have already used it many hours since it arrived, I just have to stand near the opening as added precaution. I contacted the company with the issue and have has wonderful customer support.
Easy quick assembly for two adults. Our 4.5 and 2.5 year old can bounce safely without us worrying if they will fall off the edge. This trampoline is very sturdy, and the net/zipper is a great safety feature. Its not very high off of the ground so they are able to climb on and off without tripping. My husband and I take turns bouncing with them as well, and love it also.
We assembled the trampoline this past Sunday , and our daughter loves it ! For the most part it was easy to assemble once we did some trial and error. The only issue we ran into was that we were short one bolt when attaching the arms for the nets. However we were able to go to the store and get one very similar and it fit perfectly
Installation was very easy and we had no problems. I bought it for my grandkids to play on. Me and my two granddaughters were bouncing around on and we had the best time. The girls love it and are on it every day since they got it. The netting is perfect with the zipper to keep the girls secure!

The only improvements I can suggest is clearer instructions with better diagrams, especially in regards to putting the safety net on the trampoline. The net should be put on the poles before they are attached to the trampoline, not after. We ended up having to take the top parts of the poles off to get the safety net on ~ that process was difficult. Better yet a video showing exactly how to put the trampoline together would be amazing.
I dont fault for this but we also had an issue with shipping. When ordered we were told the trampoline would arrive on Friday May 8th but we didnt end up getting it till Wednesday May 13th.
