Awesome size and solid construction. Our 11 year old helped us assemble and uses daily. This has been a life saver during the pandemic. Our son loves it!!
Was loving this trampoline. My little one was using it at least 1 hr per day. We started getting broken springs. Contacted company and they said they would send replacement springs. Never received them. Yesterday another spring broke but this time it hit my little one and bruized her side. After consoling her and getting her to stop crying she showed me where the spring hit her and just broke my heart. So glad it didnt hit her in the face because it could have blinded her. I told her we would get her another trampoline but she is afraid and not sure if she will even get on another one.
The trampoline itself is very sturdy. However, the way the assembly instructions are written is incorrect. It told us to secure the poles on the trampoline frame first then slip the safety net over the poles. It is impossible to slip the safety net over the poles because it too tight of a fit, and the foam padding on the poles slip down as you try to put it through the safety net. We decided to take all the poles down, slip each pole into the net (very hard to do), and then secure the poles to the trampoline frame. It took us a couple hours just to get the poles through the safety net. Hopefully others had an easier time than we did. We also received our trampoline, and there was one spring missing. We contacted the seller, and they mailed one to us right away. Overall, my kids are very happy with the trampoline itself, but it does take some time to assemble.
Got this for my 13 year old and its the perfect size for her and not overwhelming in our small yard. She and I assembled it together in a few hours. Its well-made for easy assembly, but the directions dont include everything you need (like making sure the holes on the legs line up for later in the process. Luckily, we noticed right away). We watched someones YouTube video that helped, especially for the net. We only put a little bit of the net on each pole and worked our way around adding a little bit more to each pole as we went. As for delivery, the box was banged and ripped and wrapped in plastic upon arrival and the springs were scattered throughout the box. We were missing three springs, but we called (and emailed just in case) and after a couple days of processing, they were overnighted to us! So far, were very happy with our purchase.

After being scammed by a completely different company and trampoline, I was worried. But this trampoline was shipped and delivered even sooner than expected. The box was damaged in shipping and 3 springs were missing. I contacted the company and they quickly shipped the missing springs and kids were jumping in a few days. My husband and daughter assembled the trampoline in about an hour. The kids love it and have been jumping every day since we put it up. I definitely recommend this trampoline!
1. The safety net was difficult to install because once the safety cushions were installed around the posts, it proved difficult to install the net wrappings around the posts.
2. The Trampoline needs to come with a step ladder so the young ones can climb in easily.
I would love to say the trampoline is great but it was delivered with no springs an now we have to wait for who knows how long to get them to even use it

Using defective springs.. DANGEROUS...will hurt your child

Not worth the money
The trampoline did not come with enough springs or black spacers for the net poles, the mat started sagging very soon. Very disappointed.

Looks to be a great trampoline. It is sturdy and looks good. It was little difficult to put the side netting. But good product non the less.
