We love our trampoline! Our weather is really hard on items and this trampoline has lasted much longer than our last one. Their customer service is excellent as well. Exactly what I paid for. Its great.
Cheap Chinese parts, terrible quality for what we paid. Really hard to set up but once completed it seemed quite sturdy. Plastic cover for the springs on circumference is pathetic, made from cheapest plastic and this is one feature they could have used a more professional vinyl to give it some appeal, sad.
I bought the 16 footer
1- my kids (16 yo and 8 yo) love it.
2- very sturdy, seems VERY SAFE. WELL DESIGNED
3- took me and my16yo more time to assemble than they say
a) we lost track of springs and the corresponding hooks twice= that is on us
b) the poles with foam pads dont easily insert into the blue sleeves. That took longer than expected.
That said, it is big, well worth the price for the size

Great product, our kids love it. Very sturdy, even in our windy conditions. Their customer service is great. We had an issue with heavy wet snow, and the customer service rep by the name of Yummy was fabulous to work with and they shipped us replacement parts right away. Very pleased!!!!
This trampoline was easy to put together, however the quality of the mat was very poor. It did not even hold up a year. We live where there is snow, and after a couple months of a mild winter weather the mat has 2 huge holes in it. We have had other trampolines and have not had this happen.
Setup piece of cake. Arm work out setting springs but otherwise easy. I bought straps to hold it down during a storm, dont trust those crappy stakes they give you. Impressed with all the other pieces and th gloves are a nice touch

We needed a few replacement parts. Lan was terrific with communication and responsiveness. Great replacement parts at good prices for our trampoline that we purchased a few years ago.
The was not too hard to assemble. I tried to move it to a better spot after assembly. Bad mistake because all the springs pulling caused it to twist up and get crooked. Had to get help to straighten it back out. So pick a good level spot first. Otherwise, everything went fine and the kids love it. I wanted a trampoline rated strong enough for me (280), my wife (105), and two grandkids (60 40). That way we could all have fun together on the trampoline. EXCELLENT It looks better than expected.

Great Trampoline
Great trampoline. My 13-year-old jumps everyday, and invites friends to jump, too. Easy to assemble. Great safety features. Totally worth it.
