If the hardware shows in picture is more thicker, the whole production will be perfect. Hope your company can change the criteria of this clip and change for us.
Contacted company directly for a replacement net. Living in southwest Florida does a number on anything outdoors. The original net lasted over 4 years, and when it was time to replace was super helpful and very fast delivery!! suit for my apartment!

Love this trampoline. Did take some time to assemble, however it was worth it. The net broke and the company replaced it so quickly. Would def recommend! Easy to assemble and look amazing.
We have loved our trampoline. We have had some very strong storms and due to the equipment given, it hasnt blown away. We also had a pole for the netting break due to a large limb falling on it. Customer service responded quickly and gave us the replacement part quickly as well! They also followed up to make sure that we received it and it worked. The product is very comfortable
Great trampoline for the price! Weve had it for a couple of years now and the net was torn. I contacted directly to see if I could order a replacement net. They sent it out to me quickly and didnt charge me for it. I spoke with Heather and she was awesome!
The trampoline lasted three years with moderate use. For such an expensive purchase, I expected it to last longer. (The zipper broke after a year, but the bottom material ripped after 3.) I contacted twice about possible mat replacement, with no luck. They just dont answer their email and texts. No phone number provided anywhere.

Snapped right in half during disassembly to store for winter. Weve had it for one season. Super disappointed. No tugging or craziness.
