The trampoline took 2 hours to assemble with a bit of help from my wife and the kids. It was not very difficult to setup and the instructions were easy enough to follow.
The only issue, which wasnt worth removing a star, was that the foam around the safety net post isnt very stiff which made it difficult to push through the safety net.
Heavy duty big awesome trampoline. Love the trampoline! it took me about an hour and a half to assemble. The hack that I figured out is that when assembling the safety net to duck tape the noodles to the pipe to reduce friction on the edges. They slid right in.
We made the purchase 3 years ago with both of my kids loving and using it at least weekly. Now 3 years later through some normal wear and tear, we need to replace the netting around it. Heather from has been awesome and extremely helpful in getting us a replacement so the kids can continue to use it safely. Great product, great team!
This arrived today SO FAST, which is a major quarantine blessing!! Also, my husband and I are 0% handy when it comes to building anything and we got it put together easily in very little time! Literally if we can do it, ANYONE can. Great product - daughter is thrilled!! Good deal
We have had a 16ft trampoline for just less than two years now. A few things were deteriorating so I contacted customer service. The customer service rep, Jenna, was such an amazing help. has a great warranty on parts and frame. They replaced all my parts I needed and only charged me for shipping. Its like I have a brand new trampoline again. Thank you !
The trampoline is great quality and I love that the 16 ft one can hold 375 lbs. After doing much research, this was the best value for the size/weight limit. I even reached out to the seller, Brandline, for replacement parts when we received some wind damage and customer service associate, Lan, was extremely helpful.
And putting up the padded netting poles is not easy, but everything else is super easy and the trampoline is great! Just like documented in instructions, 2 capable adults to setup is required. Perfect for what we needed
We purchased this for our new, larger backyard and it has been a success for our kids and their friends. Id recommend it and would purchase it again! I only gave 4/5 stars because the safety net is hard to clean leaves off the trampoline. The safety net works well and I trust it, its just some times difficult to clean off when leaves are falling. Id still pick the safety net over not having one.
