Only major problem or Design Flaw is that the slide is too steep. I did a workaround which was to prop the end of the slide up about 8 inches from ground with padding/poof/thing. If you notice, no playground slide goes directly into the ground, there is normally a gap between the end of the slide and the floor for the child to put his feet down. Good product for its value
It is a nice and sturdy bed. My issue is that the rail on the top should have been mounted better. It should have bolts instead of tiny screws.
Also, one of the screws and nut things for the ladder didnt work. The screw would not go into the nut thingy because of size difference. It seems like they gave us a wrong size possibly. We used an extra we had left from a different bunk bed set. Love the color and it was very comfortable
Its a good bed. Works great for my 4 and 2.5 year old. I rated it a 4 because the ladder is only attached at one point and swings out and bounces when they climb on it. They can push it out easily and its wobbly now. I wish it had more attachment points or a sturdier connection because the bolts are now bent from them climbing on it. It arrived on time
Love this bed we got yesterday. With two of us putting it together it took a couple hours but easy enough to put together. Its very sturdy. The only thing is one of our bolts were stripped. I need to figure out how to contact someone to get a new bolt. Its a good product
Great quality. Does come in about a thousand pieces so be prepared for that. You even have to assemble headboards and floorboards. Instructions could be a little clearer and pieces labeled better like left/right and top/bottom. My girls (3 and 8) love it! Hoping it lasts for years It is ok for the use.
Pretty easy to assemble, took a couple of hours. Looks great! I gave it 4 stars only because there is no great way to unassemble the bed if you ever needed to move it. You pretty much have to take the whole thing apart and reassemble.
Shipped fast, all parts were included and nothing was missing.
We have a smaller bedroom with standard height ceilings and it looks great, it doesnt overtake the room like a taller bunk would. Everything is nice!
The product itself its great, Im disappointed it took over 2 weeks to receive it on top of that I didnt get it delivered i had to go about 15 miles aways from where I live to pick it up i was very disappointed on this. Better price available for same designs

Setting it up is terrible. Literally took me like 4 hours because the stupid slats kept falling out when I was trying to align the 2 sides And slide them together. There has to be an easier way to put the slats together,
Other than that, its a good product. very sturdy and stylish

Top rail needs improvement but otherwise good beds!
