Attractive winder box of high quality with front opening. Two D batteries run the winder and when turned on it runs smoothly with virtually no noise. Both my Rolex watches now have a great home for maintaining their movement and keeping the precise time. Buy it for yourself or it makes a great unique gift. Although I am currently happy with the product, I called their Customer Service and left a message; its been two weeks and they still have not returned my call. Customer Service is everything in todays world of on/line shopping; in fact I thinks its more important than the product itself. Not sure if I would buy from this vendor again.
I was very skeptical at first to make a purchase through for such an important item but I am ecstatic with the result! This item looks much more valuable than its pricing, I could see this going for 300+ in the right setting. Fortunately, it was less than 200 on ! I would absolutely purchase this item again if necessary but this item will likely be in good condition for a long time. The only thing I should mention is to make sure that if you are not going to plug it in the wall/are unable to, make sure you have the battery type necessary for this item. I forget which kind of battery it is (maybe C or D) but I definitely did not have those in my apartment so I ended up plugging it into the wall which is probably a better choice! Once again, great purchase! I would recommend this for any rolex owner.
Ive ordered a similar winder before and it worked for honestly about a minute and quit so I was reticent to order another! This winder has actually been absolutely perfect! Reasonable price and looks more expensive than it was and most of all works incredibly well! Its nearly completely silent and has multiple settings! Both my autos have had no issues with over winding! Im completely happy with the purchase! Ive had it a few months now. I wanted to wait to write a review to make sure it held up! So far its been perfect!

The winder is attractive and works as advertised but the first one I got was very noisy and I knew that it must be defective because the other reviews did not mention this. I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new one right away with no questions asked. It arrived promptly and works perfectly and is VERY quiet.
