Love the box for the price . had a small issue with it which sometimes happens contacted customer service and without hesitation the mailed me a new one ! With great customer service like that . I will always purchase from them !
I must say that the description about it using c batteries is wrong. I ordered the c batteries only to receive them and when i went to install them they did not fit! Not sure why this was overlooked and has not been updated!
My only complaint with this is that the motor is absolutely not quite. I had it in my bedroom the first couple nights, but ended up having to move it to the guest room. This is my first watch winder, so maybe theyre all a little noisy, but I was expecting zero to no motor noise.
Good quality otherwise
I was surprised by the quality and operation of this High End Double Watch Winder. My package arrived in perfect condition, securely wrapped and padded. When I put my self/wind watches in the case, the device started turning to wind the watches with a very quiet motion, barely perceptible. I contacted the seller for additional information and received an immediate reply. Thats real customer service. I am confident that my high end watches will continue to function flawlessly.
I bought this product a few years ago and it worked very well until one day it stopped working. I contacted customer service immediately and their response and timing to resolve the issue was incredible. A few days later I received a new winder and I was back to enjoying the product. Thanks, Zack.

Good Quality minus motor noise

Works as advertised. Spend the extra money and get THIS one. You will regret the less expensive units.
