Insulation was simple enough. Luckily I have power tools from work that makes the pre installed screws easy to get in out. If youre using power tools dont strip the screws. It will help yourself out. Was a small amount of noise from spin for the first night but has worked its self out an is a perfect fan.
I would have liked the install to be simpler but not sure how that would be possible. Fan is good quality and easy install. Instruction good. PLENTY OF SPARE NUTS!! thanks you.
Looks and works great. Light is a more yellow but its easy to replace. My best friend who is an electrician installed it for me and did bitc* that I got the hardest fan to install though so

Easy to install. Well made. Nice looking. GLASS light globe. Pushes loads of air.
CONs =
A tad noisy. Only hold 1 smaller bulb. The included bulb is a weak joke. But even with a bigger 12 watt (100 watt equivalent) because it only holds one bulb and the space inside globe is limited by design...it just does not put out good light. Light looks good...does not function good.
I plan on find a better light kit for this otherwise good fan.
Overall, very nice ceiling fan. I only have one suggestion to the manufacturer. Dont have us take out screws on the fan motor to use them to attach the blades. Two of the screws were cross threaded and cranked down so tight, I spent more time trying to get these 2 screws out than it took to install the whole fan.

Fan is cheap and has a lot of parts to install
Didnt come with instructions
No instructions included. Fortunately we found some online. Not easy to install. A magnetic screwdriver is essential.
