I was not impressed with the bed. It was just "okay". However, I did not have any instruction to assemble the bed. It was a long and frustrating process.
The bed is very sturdy. It looks wonderful. It was easy to put together. It is very squeaky though. Don??t know if I would recommend it because of the squeaky Ness.
Needed. The screws to reassemble the beds after a move. The bed cost me $199.00. They were going to charge me $50.00 for a bag of screws. Buyer beware if you need replacement parts for their products.
Whatever you do, DO NOT try to put this bunkbed together unless you have an entire free weekend and a half gallon of high end scotch.
I am sharing workforce housing with my adult children on a remote island in the Puget Sound area of Washington State and we bought this bunkbed in order to maximize sleeping space in a tiny trailer.
My youngest son noticed that it only had 16 steps in the instructions so he started to put it together last night around 8 pm. The bed frame comes in separate pieces, and looked only slightly less complex than your average migraine-inducing do it yourself furniture.
Well that was a huge miscalculation and my kid was up knocking the thing together until 4 am and I'm currently living the consequences. Brunch with grandma at 10.45 is going to be lit.
In short, the bed is incredibly complicated. The finished product is somewhat rickety, but functional, and fits the space terribly. Would recommend for those seeking a family squabble at 3.45 am or possibly a divorce. Otherwise, hard pass.
I have had this for about a year and a half. my boys are currently 4 and 6 and normal size kids. this bed does not hold together well. the screws come loose and the welded points for the top railing are weak and break loose easy. the ladder screws fell out and one broke off. this bed shimmy's and squeaks. But I guess you get what you pay for. I am now looking for a more sturdy bunk bed to last longer.

Nice
This was hard to put together and the instructions weren't very good but my daughter loves it and it looks really good.
Terrible customer service!

Lots and lots of parts and pieces.
Once done it was acceptable.
Great looking and great quality!
Looks great in our room! Sleek and slim which is nice for bunk beds.
