Its great chair and very comfortable, just the armrest need to be improved as the elbow leaves its impression there and its irreversible when you leave the chair, all other features related to the seat and back are good,
Like the chair very much, so much so that we actually purchased 4 of them. However, the casters that come with these chairs do not roll easily so you definitely need to upgrade them. We chose the rubber ones offered by on the same page as the chair is shown / the set of these casters cost 36, work very well and are worth the cost.
Assembly went pretty smoothly until trying to fit the back cushion in. That took some managing for just one person trying to hold things together and line up the holes for mounting screws.
But I DONT QUIT and after a few colorful words beads of sweat, I got it together and Im lovin it.

so, i have had it for about 2 months now. at the end of the first month there was noise in the seat cushion. and now ive found i tend to get alot of lower back pain if i use it for more then an hour at a time. I am past the service window now so im stuck with it, but im gonna be looking for another solution.

Leaning back on the chair produces a bunch of creaks and you can feel the chair back moving independently from the seat. Reclining just doesnt feel safe.
The base/wheels are garbage. The chair doesnt roll well and swiveling is problematic. Its bad when you are just pushing the chair around, but when you are sitting in it, the added pressure means that the chair is virtually immobile. Plus, this is just on basement concrete. I cant imagine how this works on any kind of carpet.
The first chair I ordered had a broken arm so I initiated a return. I thought I would save the seller the hassle of having another return in case the replacement chair had an issue so I waited for the new chair to arrive before shipping back the first chair. Apparently, I needed to return the first chair BEFORE the replacement chair would ship so I had to initiate another return for the same item. This was very confusing and there wasnt good communication until I sent a message to the seller. The seller assured me that a new chair was on the way and sent a tracking number when available. When the replacement chair arrived, the box was completely split open and there was a mark on the side where the base had been slammed into the cardboard. I had little hope that the chair would be ok, but was pleasantly surprised that it was perfectly fine! I love the chair and the customer service resolved my issue although there could have been clearer communication. All in all though, I am happy with the purchase and the price for this very comfortable and luxurious chair!
We ordered 2 chairs for our company last year. We were very pleased with how comfortable we were using our new chairs.
About a couple weeks ago I saw that one wheel broke off the chair. I contacted the company and they immediately responded
sending me 5 new wheels. I am very happy!
Let me just say Wow, seriously. I work from home and work 10 hour days. I have generally always used a standing desk until my recent move into a small apartment because it hurts my hip and bones (I am skinny) to sit until NOW. This chair is a miracle worker. I can sit for 10 hours and have zero pain after work! So much so that I sit here on my days off and that would have been unheard of before. Get this chair, dont hesitate!

Leave plenty of slack in arms before fitting back cushion. Then tighten all.
