the problem is that it does not fit for person who will use it. We did take it out and assemble the chair. It was gently disassembled. Packed in the original box(which was wrecked when it arrived) The chair was not damaged when unpacked. nor was it damaged when disassembled and returned to the package for sending back.
Overall not a bad chair, so far. Im curious to see how well the cushions hold their shape. There is a 1 year warranty on the entire chair, and based on other reviews of the cushions going flat I plan to remember this and will update my review later if I need to invoke the warranty due to the cushions going flat.
Mine was a little difficult to put together because one screw hole was not straight, my husband had to hammer it down for me before I was able to get it to work. Otherwise, it wasnt any harder to put together than any other office chair.
I bought it for the armrests that go up, as I have a little desk, and that works great. But the arms are plastic made to look like metal, theres no actual metal. and the arm rests are not memory foam, but I dont really lean on my arm rests so not an issue for me.
I needed something that I could raise up higher because of where my camera is sitting, and I usually sit crossed leg, so this chair works great for me. However, Im 55 and when the seat is all the way down my feet do not sit flat on the floor. But they didnt in my other chair eitherso maybe office chairs just arent made for shorter people.
Its comfortable for me and so far is functioning as expected. I only gave it 4 stars though because of the messed up screw hole, and the chair isnt exactly as advertised. Its soft fabric, but not velvet and there is no memory foam anywhere in this chair.
Its beautiful but definitely not an ergonomic chair. It took me so time to assemble only to find it does not recline. At all. The seat cushion is pretty short, as well.
Not the best chair. Considering returning it.
This chair is aming! I truly feel that we got what we were paying for with this chair. The support and comfort is exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint is that the wheels dont like to roll when you are in the chair, its almost like they are stiff. Even in our tiny home, this chair is the perfect size since the arms fold up! If you are debating it, just buy the chair!
Chair looks great was easy to assemble love the fabric! had issue with wheels customer service quickly set out new set refunded 15 so I could get a set wheels that works for me thanks so much !!!

EDIT: Customer service reached out after my review and gave me a partial refund for the flat cushion so I can buy a different cushion. I appreciate that concern, even though the chair itself doesnt have a long enough warranty to cover that. So I raised my rating based on the customer service being good. 3 Original feelings about the chair remain below.
I was SO excited when I got this chair//big, cushy, something that promised to be comfortable for the long hours I spend at my desk drawing and working. For almost 200 dollars, I was hoping for a sturdy, long lasting cushion for my rumpus. Im at my desk for 9/12 hours a day on average (with breaks every hour to stretch). I was hoping for a really comfortable chair that would last a while, but after two months the cushion is already so flat I can feel the hardware below the fabric. It just flat out is not comfortable anymore, but I cant afford a whole other new chair so soon. Im really bummed out about it.
Also for other shorties out there, even at the lowest setting my feet cant touch the ground in this chair, if Im sitting in it properly. I have to use a foot stool. Which isnt a deal breaker for me, since I sit like a bisexual and rarely sit properly /anyway
I hate to start off with a negative, but I ordered the fuchsia color in this chair and theyre definitely NOT fuchsia. In the photo here on , you can see the chair doesnt look fuchsia, but I thought maybe it was just how it looked on my monitor. But no, in person it looks pretty much like the photo; its sort of a burgundy/ish brown, which is a huge bummer because I bought 2 of these for my twin daughters who are 12 years old. I was excited to find a pretty office chair that would look really fun in their study room, only to have them arrive and look nothing like what I was expecting. And my husband went and put them together and broke down the boxes without me seeing the chairs first, so now were stuck with them.
On a positive note, aside from me hating the color, the chairs are really nice. Theyre very comfortable and my daughters like them a lot. My husband also said they were easy to put together, and they were packaged well.

Nearly perfect, stiff wheels.
