After spending a few days looking for a trampoline the entire family could enjoy, we selected this one. Price seemed reasonable when compared to the local box stores when you considered the weight ratings.I really liked the way it looked ( mainly the net design.) and the weight rating. Took about 3 hours to put together, only really needed a second set of hands with the net. So far the family has thoroughly enjoyed it! Even got it together in time for a birthday party!
The pros: very easy to assemble the base. Trampoline fits multiple kids and adults all at the same time. The kids LOVE the fact we can all play basketball together.
The cons: 2 of the sun protectors to cover the foam on the uprights were damaged upon arrival. The stitching is already pulling apart as can be seen in the photo. The net does not fit the base: this prevents the zipper from closing all the way. The zipper is already damaged from it and a buckle sheared off from it ( reference photo.). I wish the cover for the springs would stay In place as well ( reference photo.) some of the base pieces were slightly damaged, most likely during shipping. Nothing that would affect the safety or performance of the product.
Overall: very happy with the purchase. Even with the slight issues that arise. We would still purchase it again. I will update the review once I hear back from the company on the net issue, as it really should be replaced.
Update: the company shipped replacement parts to replace correct the concerns we had.
Customer service had to get involved because of a shipping company problem. They were prompt, polite, and capable. The issue was resolved completely and quickly and my family can enjoy this sturdy trampoline. Easy to assemble with enclosed tool for attaching the springs. It still required some muscles, which is expected for a sturdy piece of equipment.
This product was the best thing I could purchase specially now with the pandemic and the Covid numbers increasing. When my boxes arrived it took me about 30 min max to put the trampoline up. The box comes with 2 pairs of gloves and the manual comes with pictures and is very easy to follow. The kids played right away after I was done putting it together.The kids enjoy the basket and they keep entertained jumping and I also added a water hose to make it a jumping water park. The trampoline comes with a small ladder for easy access and a net for safety which is important. It is also very sturdy and is very easy to assemble and it is worth every dollar spent.it is also very easy to clean. I highly recommended this item.

I wanted to make sure that we acquired a quality product that will last us for years to come (my kids are 8 and 5) and I was hoping to achieve this without spending a fortune. We debated between the 14 foot and the 14 foot and ultimately decided we wanted the extra space and purchased the 14 foot trampoline. I am so glad we did - it gives all of us enough space to safely jump together. My husband was able to set it up himself and is happy with the quality of the materials. He said the directions were easy to follow as well. The safety net is AMAZING. You basically sew it through the end of the springs and it makes it very secure (which is good because my 5 year old would have fallen off many times already without it). Another feature I focused on was the weight capacity. I found a lot of the less expensive ones only held up to 400 lbs. this one hold up to 760 which is nice for the adults when we want to jump too. This one also comes with a basketball hoop and a ladder. My kids LOVE practicing baskets and the ladder is very sturdy and stays in place through all of their climbing in and out. The zipper on the net is also worth mentioning as it seems to be very durable. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and have no complaints. I would definitely order again.

A higher weight maximum and safety net enclosure for accidents was my main priority in choosing a trampoline and this model. This made a great gift for her. It arrived promptly and came with clear instructions. It would have been easy assembly except it was unfortunately missing several parts, parts that were necessary for assembly and safety. Some pieces I was able to just grab from my stash but other pieces had to be purchased. The string for the net enclosure could have also been longer as it did not reach all the way to the zipper opening on both sides. So far the quality is good and holding up with the additional weight on it, which is the biggest reason I chose this model. I recommend this as a good purchase but would suggest checking to make sure all pieces are included before assembling and then getting in the middle of it and realizing pieces are missing. Im optimistic it will hold up well long term and provide many years of memories with and for my little girl. I searched for a lot of different models and this one came on top for the features and price tag. The ladder and basketball hoop are nice additional features not offered on all other models. But again, someone missed including the correct parts on my delivery. Hopefully it was only my delivery.
I received my order as it was described. The delivery was so fast! My family and kids enjoy it! 14ft its pretty big, 3 adults and 2 kids inside at the same time and had no problems at all, feels sturdy and safe, we couldnt stop jumping it was so much fun! We really love it!

You will need to follow the instructions step by step as each pole and piece look a lot alike. Our two kids helped us because they were so excited! Our kids are 9 and 6 years old. As we assembled, we noticed the blue protective cover has some tears due to something that appeared to be damage to the box that it was delivered in. We contacted the company and within a day, they had a new cover sent out to us! We also bought some anchors to keep it grounded during rough weather and wind. So far its been a great activity for our kids and all of their neighborhood friends. We got the 14ft and it fits nicely in a corner of our yard. It comes with a little removable step ladder which is very convenient for the smaller kids. It also has a zipper for extra safety when the littlest kids are in there so they dont accidentally fall out. There is a basketball net attached which my kids love. They use different sized balls to throw up there and its an added bonus to the trampoline. The blue protective cover covers the springs that could cause feet and hands to get caught and pinched so that is very helpful and I know they are safe with that on there!
Love this trampoline as had to return one from another company. This one seemed more secure from pictures and my intuition served me well as it holds 725 pounds and is solid as an option. The only reason for 4 stars is because the directions are terrible and the rope securing the net needs an upgrade as does their shipping as it costs you $50 to ship to you which makes cost a little higher but overall my kids are happy and safe on this trampoline what more could anyone want.
Id say without a doubt this is a high quality trampoline compared to some the the big box store models for a few hundred bucks. Comes with the net and an added basketball hoop too! Overall it wasnt terrible to set up but definitely not fun - but hey, thats how it goes. One key thing to pay attention to is the order of the springs for assembly. I put one or two springs at the quarter points then did the same at their centers - its also important to count the Spring and rungs to make sure youre not missing any and then have to go back.
