I was pleased with the customer service. UPS must have lost box 1 of 2. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped the right one and had it a few days later. Seems so far like a pretty decent product. My only dislike was the instructions. They were not written very well at all. Didnt even mention that the nuts for the poles at the top of the net were reverse threaded. All in all though seems like a pretty stout trampoline for just putting it up yesterday.
This seems to be a high quality trampoline, except for the way the safety net attaches to the trampoline. Theres a pretty flimsy piece of rope that has to be threaded all the way around the bottom of the net (which takes a while). The rope broke on ours the second day we had it. The company should really figure out a better way to keep the net attached. They refunded us $20 so we can replace the rope, but its a pain to replace.
Very satisfied with the quick response on delivering our replacement part. We love the trampoline, and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is currently looking for one. Thanks again for your great customer service.

The company has shipped a new trampoline. We have not yet put it together as we first have to take apart the faulty one and dispose of it...So far, I am pleased with the customer service.
We put this together using the instructions provided and this is the result. We took it apart and put it together a second time with the same results. Very frustrating as this is not an inexpensive purchase.
We ordered a 14ft trampoline from about a year and a half ago. Our kids (and the neighborhood) did a real number on the outside netting. We contacted and were able to easily order a replacement net. However, we didnt take it out of the box for nearly 6 months and when we did, we discovered it was 14ft. We contacted and no questions asked, they were ready to send us a replacement. They learned that the size we needed was out of stock and offered us a BRAND NEW TRAMPOLINE instead. We couldnt believe it. Yes, we have to go through the tear down and set up again, but they could have easily just said oh well and left us to figure out replacing the net with a generic one. Quality customer service is precious, and unfortunately rare, so we are very grateful for s efforts.
This works perfectly for my kids. The issue is, it wont zip up. I even tried re doing it multiple ways. For some reason there just wasnt enough mesh netting in that particular area to let it zip up. So long as my kids dont jump out of the hole, all is good
