I didnt think that a quality product could be sold at such a low price - but I was wrong! The only negative thing I can say about the bunk bed was that several of the pieces werent labeled and I had to fast forward through the instruction manual to determine whether or not I had the correct piece minor inconvenience.
Pretty easy to put together and made of good materials. Its withstanding the use, but its not as secure as I wouldve hoped. The beds sway a lot with any movement on the top bunk.
I give this a 4.7 I love the packaging everything is wrapped and secure of course except the box. Box came with dents in the right place because all my piece were still intact. Now a little disappointing when I saw the manual and checked to see if I had all the piece nothing was labeled I had to figure it out my self at the beginning it was a challenge but I got it together. Really easy once I figured out what went where super easy assembly did all on my own. But did take some time which again I know would have been less if the pieces were labeled in the first place. I have 2 girls super excited this bunk beds are awesome other than the little issue there sturdy top bunk has lots of bunk space which I am super pleased got this one for my 4year old and my 3 year old the finish is nice I love the quality we have a small room for the girls and this here was perfect for us. They have more room to play just awesome.
Love the bed itself. It is absolutely adorable and very sturdy. However, the directions are the most useless weve ever encountered. They call for specifically labeled pieces but none of the pieces were actually labeled. We spent way more time than necessary putting together the bed because we had to guess based on the pictures what pieces went together. So definitely recommend the bed, but make sure you have great problem solving skills.
Nice. Nice finish to the wood. I had to download the instructions. I ventured from the instructions and made 2 twin beds side by side. I used the top head boards as foot boards shorter.
When we had our second girl, we knew eventually wed need bunk beds. So weve been keeping our eye out for a year or so, and this one meets all the needs of our 4 year old and 3 year old, with only a couple drawbacks.
Pros
-Easy to assemble. Really, it wasnt that hard. It took me about an hour and a half. I did it mostly on my own though my sister did help me bunk the two beds once I got them together.
-The angle of the ladder makes for much easier climbing. This was one of my greatest concerns about bunk beds with children under the age of 5. We actually were wanting to get ones that had stairs, but those things are cry expensive. This ladder is easy for both of them to go up and down, and weve had no mishaps thus far.
-Sturdy. Very, very, sturdy. My kids arent heavy, but Id say that unless the people who plan to sleep in it are larger adults, this would support just about anyone.
Cons
-The smell! This is seriously my only complaint, but its enough for me to take away a star maybe even two, depending on how much longer it sticks around. It smells awful! The first night I had to turn on a fan, and I diffused some oils in the bedroom, thinking that this would be enough to clear up the scent, however, its been 4 days and it still smells like chemicals. Maybe I just got a bad one, but Ive had a fan on, the windows open, and oils diffusing for the last 4 days, and its still pretty bad in there.
Overall the bed is exactly what we need, and if my son wants a bunk bed when he gets older, Ill buy it again. But if I do, Ill set it up and then go on vacation for a week to get rid of the smell
Update It took about a week for the smell to go, but now it seems to be fine.
The good nicely finished white version, solid construction, good hardware and pieces fit together well. The ladder is very sturdy and my husband, at 210 lbs., was able to climb up without hearing any creaks. It was also packaged very well with lots of Styrofoam for protection.
The bad Out of over 20 pieces only 3 were marked, despite having letter/number markings in the manual. The instructions are minimal and without markings on the pieces it took about two hours longer to build than it should have. Weve built at least a dozen furniture pieces over the years dressers, desks, entertainment centers and never had this much headache. You have to look at the tiny drawings and match up the hole count to figure out which pieces belong where.
We cant give it more than three stars because of the marking issues.
Good strong well built bed. My 5 year old son loves it! The only problem we had was the crappy instructions. None of the pieces was labeled and it only had pictures for instructions. It took longer to assemble than it should have.

Great price for two beds!
We love this bunk bed.. So cute, we just use them as separate beds but I love the choice that is can use as a bunk bed too.
A great value, but it really does smell.

Could be better instructions
It didnt deliver on time but thats ok. Im still putting it together because I have to figure it out myself because the instructions are just pictures.
Nice finish and construction, poor instructions...
