First of all, the couch is beautiful. You cant beat the price and its genuinely such a comfortable couch. After about a year, everything still holds up and Im just as happy as the day I put it together.
But by far the best part about this has been my experience with the store. About 2 days after we put everything together, our dogs got into the room where we have the couch. One has separation anxiety and ended up completely destroying one of the cushions. I was crushed. We contacted the seller to see if we would be able to purchase another cushion separately. They told us we were under the warranty and sent us not just 1 replacement cushion, but 3!! Such a positive and painless experience, which is all anyone is looking for right now.
Great couch. Beautiful, a little firm for my liking but comfortable. It was a little tough to assemble because on of the screw slots was cut too low and I had to modify it with my drill to widen it to insert the screw but other than that, not too bad. Looks great for its price.
Im so bummed. This sofa is gorgeous but mine arrived ripped. I cant even hide it because its right in the front. Waiting to hear back from the seller. Couch was very easy to put together. It does take two people though. It took us maybe 45 minutes if even that long.
Edit 1/I spoke with the seller. They said they will send me a replacement part. Just waiting on that. Will update if/when that happens.
Edit 2/ So the seller kept to their word and they sent the replacement piece. We got it and thankfully it was in good shape considering the condition of the box. Seller should honestly consider using someone other than FedEx. FedEx really sucks. These boxes look like they were beat to hell. Anyhow the couch is gorgeous! Its perfect! Its comfortable! Im definitely happy with purchase!
The color of the green is absolutely gorgeous. The fabric is very soft and silky. Cushions are firm but hoping they will soften up with time. I simply adore this sofa!!!
