Well packaged, beautiful gloss finish, fairly sturdy mdf/solid wood. Only thing I couldn't rate 5 star was assembly as nothing came labeled or coded even though instructions have numbers for parts but if you have common sense and can match a shape with a picture it was very easy. Took about an hour maybe hour and a half. Good quality.
When we first got the product a piece was missing however, when we told them about it they quickly sent us the part we needed. We are so excited about the TV stand and the light colors are awesome! We are extremely happy with this purchase.
While I do like the product, it does make annoyingly clicking sound. This is from the rotors that create the flame illusion. However, as long as there is background noise like listening to music or have the television volume up its acceptable. Also the price is a bit steep for the quality of “craftsmanship”
Wish it was taller to hide the outlet.. but other than that, it is perfect. I see a lot of reviews saying that it isn’t sturdy, but if you screw down ALL of the plastic inserts you insert in the beginning and so on, it is sturdy as ever.
Working with was great in general, great customer service and their product was even better than I was envisioning. Setting it up was great as they had both written and video instructions. Definitely would recommend.

Went together like a breeze. Love the stand with the crystals. Very sturdy. Not a scratch on it when it arrived.
