This desk was very easy to assemble and instructions were very clear in how to put it together. The only problem i had with this was when it arrived it was literally falling out of the box!! Luckily nothing was missing or damaged. Overall great desk and very sturdy.
This desk is much more stable and sturdy than any of the other desks I have bought from Walmart etc. It looks great, has plenty of storage space and leg room. The desk itself was easy enough to put together but only because the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend using a drill with a properly sized bit instead of their allen wrench that is provided. That made things go much quicker.
I have a small kitchen, so I needed to
move some of the morning operations into an adjacent room. I wanted a nice looking hutch with storage but didn’t want to pay big furniture prices. This was perfect for my beverage bar. It was a breeze to put together, even for me who is directionally challenged. I put it together by myself so it took about two hours, but it would take way less time with two people. Love it!
The desk looks great, and was very easy to assemble. I gave it the shake test and its quite sturdy. I really like it, however when we assembled it we were missing two screws. We are missing two 30mm screws for the final step for the top shelf portion, because of this I cant give it a full review. For now, I placed one screw on either side to keep the top shelf from sliding around until I can get replacements. If this gets rectified I will modify my review to a full 5 stars.
Update: They contacted me back and offered a 10$ refund and asked if I could get the screws locally. This is an acceptable fix. So Ill be adjusting my review.
I’m using this desk for work/gaming and I absolutely love it! So easy to put together (although it took some time to do so, maybe 30-45 mins because of how many pieces there are) but the instructions were so easy to follow, all the pieces were labeled and it’s such a sturdy/nice looking desk!
I was actually very excited to have received my order a week earlier than expected. However, when opening the package, there were certain parts damaged. I’ve pictured the large scratch and dent that is located right in the front. I would have preferred for them to handle with care and take their time to ship then rush it.
Great product! Instructions were easy to follow and easy to set up, extra parts incase one doesnt work out. You dont see a lot of customer service like this! Great job!
