Came by mail, was easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Only at the bottom of the back part is a relatively big gap (7 cm wide) in which any back support pillow disappears, when you sit in the chair. You feel that when you try to sleep on that surface too.
After contacting the company house, who have very helpful employees, I was sent a pad, made according to my suggestions which is covering the problem zone nicely.

We love this chair. Its a real find for the money. Beautiful gray leather looks so rich. My husband I both feel very comfortable in it. Our son, age 60, 6 ft. about 220 lbs also enjoyed the snug fit. It does what it says, legs can lift separately which is only possible in the two motor action. We had a lift chair before that moved both leg rest back rest together. Never again! The full recline on this chair is all the way back. Very necessary for a good nap.
Its a comfortable chair with the added feature of the foot rest being able to raise without the chair reclining. It looks conventional and doesnt have a geriatric look. The color and material are very nice, although probably not real leather, but still a very nice material. Well made.
This chair is beautiful in my room and to my body. Im having trouble keeping my husband out of it. It is much more supportive than his, which is another brand. The two motors allow me to adjust back and feet separately for sitting up to read or sew as well as reclining to relax and nap.
The chair arrived in a box that was not suitable for shipment. The box was damaged on one corner but luckily the chair was not damaged. The chair is much smaller than expected and subsequently not very comfortable especially due to the shortness of the leg support section. I would have returned the chair if I could of re-boxed it but due to the poor condition of the box this would have been impossible.
We bought this recliner for my mother-in-law. It is quite comfortable, and all of the electronic controls work well. The only issue we have, is that when raising the foot support, a spring twang is heard. It doesnt affect the operation otherwise. Would buy again, note: this recliner is significantly lighter than similar recliners we have on, making it easier to bring into the house. Also, it literally installed in less than 5 minutes.
Do note that not all the models have duel motor. We bought the grey leather model which has two motors which allow for separate back and leg settings. The chair looks good, and works very well for this user of medium weight and 57 height. Assembly was super easy once we read the directions and learned that remote was hidden in the base of the chair. Several people are needed to move the two parts of the unassembled chair since it is sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase.
My dad is 55 and, although he likes his new chair, he has difficulty in seating in it in a way that supports his back well. If he pushes back into the seat, his feet dont reach the floor and, due to the slipperiness of the fabric, he tends to slide down. Other than that, its an attractive chair and probably works great for those who are taller.
We are an elderly couple and was able to put this together in 5 minutes. I love everything about this chair, it has 2 motors, that means you can move it in any direction ,the foot rest where ever you want, and the other motor to position the back ,even has a blue light on the control ., the best quality leather too....I bought 2 of these chairs and cannot say enough about them, it can be a bed, it lays flat, you can even lay the head all the way down if you want and use it as a gravity chair to exercise...I have never seen such good quality, absolutely amazing, my bones dont ache anymore, I plan to buy more chairs too.

Love the snug fit
We love this chair. Its a real find for the money. Beautiful gray leather looks so rich. My husband I both feel very comfortable in it. Our son, age 60, 6 ft. about 220 lbs also enjoyed the snug fit.
