We like it for its quality, comfort. Was shipped fast. Easy to get in a comfortable position. Multiple massage options. Few time tried back heating option but cant say that is effective. Otherwise a wonderful chair.
Had some trouble at first and contacted support they were super fast to respond and offer help. I had fixed it before I read their email so I did not go beyond asking for help. I bought chair for 97 year old father. The only issue for him is he does not understand how to get the foot rest up. The chair has to be all the way down before the rest comes up. It is slow but not a problem unless you are 97 and think the chair is not moving. Not sure he will ever get it. The graphics on the buttons dont help him.

The chair in the lite yellow leather covering has all the bells and whistles and a few practical goodies that work well!

It is a slow-moving chair but then again most users will appreciate it being slow. Besides this negative or positive feature, the chair is greatl. We had it for quite some time with problems. Putting it together is fairly easy.
Good things:
Quick delivery, easy to assemble, attractive and soft fabric, heat is a good temperature, lower area massage is comfortable and quiet. The arms and back are nicely padded. The headrest is very comfortable, I like it because it doesnt protrude and push your head forward. Good price.
Not so good things:
Upper massage area sounds and feels like a jack hammer so that part is unusable. Luckily you can use the lower massage area without using the upper massage area. The footrest raises very slowly and also doesnt come up as high as Id prefer. It comes up to the level of the seat, but when you put the back of the chair backwards, it would be nice if the footrest came up higher. The seat area would be better if it was a few inches wider; its not uncomfortable for an average size person, but would be more comfortable if it was wider. Also, the seat isnt as padded as I want.

Nice chair, but not for the big and tall
Comfortable and well made. Seems like these chairs are made for the smaller half of our society or children. Not for the big and tall.
