These bunk beds are beautiful! Everything was extremely well packaged. Double boxed with styrofoam & tissue paper. Our kids love them! I was surprised that I ordered bed through rather than a local furniture store-but I’m pleased that I did! The assembly instructions & labels were easy to understand. I did manage to break a screw when assembling the ladder -lol-guess I didn’t know my own strength. I would buy these again.
This was pretty easy to put together just took a long time. About 6-8 hours with two pretty handy adults. It’s very sturdy and looks really nice in their room. The only issue was that we received two wrong parts but the manufacturer sent correct parts very quickly.
I want to mention that the company are very professional and they are taking care of their products. When they know that I have some problems in fixing the bed well, they contacted me and followed up with me on a daily basis to get everything done correctly.
The bed is huge and very stable that can fit my 9 years old daughter on the second floor. The main obstacle is that it need some professionalism in the assembling and The catalog needs to be improved significantly.
I would love to by their products again and deal with them because they appreciate their customers
We love this bed! It was very hard to find a twin over full in white with stairs. This fit the mark in all categories. I was reluctant to buy it because There were many much less expensive bunkbeds out there, but ultimately I’m very happy we bought this one. We have organic mattresses on it that are VERY heavy, plus we have had guests that weigh well over 200lbs and have never had a problem. Very happy with this purchase. Oh, and the drawers are HUGE. Super deep. That was a problem until we organize them into 2 layers with shallow baskets from the dollar tree. Now they’re awesome! This was $1000 dollars when we bought it 3 yrs ago. Lucky for you the price has come down. Well worth it!
I would look on for extra arm muscles, you will need them for the building process i.e the screws.Forget the allen wrench enclosed in the kit, purchase the screwdriver type so as to get good leverage. Surprised at the look of this product it is very nice and suited the kids decor all in all very happy to say the least.

The beds are really easy to assemble. They came in 5 boxes and the instructions were crystal clear.
In case you're wondering, the bottom drawers do not have rails or anything to guide them in and out.
That's a plus for me because I have a carpet on the floor so it just rolls out smoothly and because you can use the space underneath the bed as storage. I put all of my kids legos and what not under there.
When I purchased the bunk beds, the seller had it over 100.00 dollars more than what it is now. Props to them for price matching themselves. I ordered this bed just a few days ago, contacted them about the price and they matched the price they have on now.

Love, Love, Love this loft bed !!!! We just renovated my 6 yr old daughter's bedroom. She absolutely loves her new bed. She plays, reads, hides & naps under the loft ! We decorated it with her girly pillows & toys. Mommy is 5'5 and she can sit under there with her. She fits perfectly & doesnt bump her head. Four to five small children can fit & play underneathe together !

It took him about 5 1/2 hours to put it together by himself. But he had ALL the tools which made the process as fast as it did. I also LOVE the storage drawers underneath the bed.! It's Super deep. All of their clothes fit JK those two drawers with plenty of room to spare. This product was definitely worth what I payed for it. Oh one more thing. The assembly was only for the beds, I had to pay extra for the assembly of the stairs
