The product I got is actually a little nicer than the one in the pictures because the middle shelf on mine is a little shorter to accommodate a tall pair of boots on the left two shelves high.
That means there's also a middle set of bars making the product sturdier. I do sympathize with the reviewer that wanted two full size shelves, I guess they don't like boots.
I had fun putting it together with the allen key provided, the documentation was easy to follow, it even comes with a strap to anchor it to the wall for safety.
It's just like it is described in the posting. Went together without a hitch, all parts were included and fit. The only thing is was disappointed in was the backing, did not seem sturdy enough. Although the braces, thank goodness, help to keep it from being useless. Overall I would recommend for a nice hall tree.
I am very pleased with this purchase. This product is absolutely beautiful. The instructions for this were VERY easy to follow. This will take you about 20 minutes to put together and easy enough for one person to do alone.
