I love the look of this hall tree and it is perfect for us but it is kind of difficult to put together. It took about 2 hours and we had to drill some holes that were not pre-drilled. Overall, once it was complete I really liked it. And shipping was great....it arrived 2 or 3 days before the estimated arrival date.
With two school age kids we needed something to hold boots, jackets, and backpacks to keep them from being just thrown in the bottom of the closet or left on the floor. We have limited space along a wall by our entryway and this fit perfectly. It was relatively easy to assemble and the feet are adjustable so you can make sure it is level. It came with anchors to secure it to the wall, however with this holding drippy boots I wanted to be able to easily move it away from the wall for cleaning so I switched to different furniture anchors that can be easily unsecured for cleaning. While the listing says the hooks are moveable, it does include screws to secure them. Since I didn't want my kids moving them all over the place I evenly distributed the hooks and secured them in place with the included screws. The smaller shelf can be installed on either the left or the right. The larger space on the opposite side is perfect for backpacks. My only issue, which is why I'm removing a star, is about half of the hooks had chipping and flaking enamel with rusty metal underneath. When I contacted the seller they sent out a new one and all the hooks in that kit where in good condition, so it may have just been an issue with the one kit I original received. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
Really love this coat rack and so does my kitty. Very sturdy unit and takes up way less space as compared to the original type hall tree. Had some difficulty with lining up the racks where the bars connect prior to installing on unit. Just work with lining them up and it works out fine. Also when putting the wooden shelf, if it's too tight and difficult to get in the unit, loosen up the two racks some and it will slide right in. I also used a tool to line up the holes on the unit to get the screws in (some were more difficult than others) Everything was included as needed to put unit together (diagram, screws, etc.)
Great value for the money and for the most part very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the bench was made to stand alone so the the attachment to the upper unit is not very sturdy. It was difficult to attach due to no predrilled holes. It seems a little wobble but once against the wall sturdies up a bit. Serves our purpose to sit and put shoes on, store shoes, and a coat rack.
Nice piece for the Price. Took about 4 hrs to put together by myself. Definitely could been quicker if I’d had couple more arms and instructions was little better. Not too bad though. Had one sm corner damaged but think I just put little paint over it & it be good! I love it!
Very happy with the product. It's obviously not solid wood furniture but it is sturdy and well made. It took me about 90 minutes to put together - not hard at all - simple directions. It would be 5 stars except it had about 3 or 4 scratches on it that I had to touch up; cant see them now. It is exactly what we were looking for.

It is a very nice looking piece of furniture. Not easy to put together. The lid is very tight fitting and hsrd to close. Color is as stated.

Nice size and design, but hooks need better QC

Easy to assemble, top part is not the sturdiest but serves it's purpose. Good for small spaces.
Entry way Coat/Shoe Rack
