Arm rest snapped off just 3 months into having it, however I contacted support and they sent me two arm rest to replace it! Only took a couple of days to get it. Great chair and great service!
The chair overall isnt bad in terms of comfort or mobility, however, something became readily apparent the moment I took it out of the box. The star base where the wheels go into had a lot of spot welding around the wheel holes. I assumed to try and strengthen them but I was worried that those spots would actually be a point of weakness (since the metal had been compromised by welding it might have the opposite of the intended effect, as opposed to just a solid metal piece). Well one of them looked a little off center but I figured it was fine since it sat up right and was fine, but the moment I sat down in it that one wheel did indeed bend inwards.
Im a big guy, but Im not over the weight limit on this. Looking at the wheel where it bent inwards, sure enough the spot where it was welded broke away from the main base and bent inwards further. I debated returning this for either a replacement or refund, but not only is this a large chair that would be a pain to send back, I was afraid a replacement would only have the same welding points/weak links. So instead Ive opted to just buy a new, sturdier base that is solid metal rather than spot welded and painted over. We will see if that helps as I suspect it will, but I also bought a polycarbonate mat to place on my carpet just in case in order to reduce drag/friction (though the caster wheels I bought to replace these stock ones had no issues with the carpet).
Ordered this chair and it was extremely easy to build only took an hour, but I found the wheels were defective and would not rotate or roll when I sat down (Im 64 350 pounds) and would scrape my floor and make an awful scraping noise. But I switched out the wheels from my old chair and they worked perfectly. I contacted the seller and they mailed out some new wheels immediately. Overall I recommend this chair for big dudes, the chair itself is comfortable, and its great if all the parts work.
Im 64 and 350 lbs. This chair not only supports my big self, but is very comfortable, and is wide enough to where the arm rests dont press against your hips/thighs. If youre a bigger gamer, I suggest this chair, it will last you a long time.
This is probably the best gaming chair I have owned. I always end up buying a new chair every 2 years because of how cheap or how they can barely hold 250lbs. THIS chair not only can it hold 250+ 400+ to be exact but the chair feels sturdy and is well built. Its also very comfortable. The massage pad is irrelevant in my opinion but other than that this chair is great. Specially for the price.

This looks like a very nice chair but we barely got it out of the box and realized it was going to be to big for the space so we had to return it.

I am a larger size person (62 and 280lbs) and this fits me perfectly. I had no issues with assembly and took me about 30 mins.
