Excellent customer service I feel like for the price, you get a lot compared to other options. This bed was pretty simple to assemble. The only issue we ran into was missing a couple dowels to put the bed together (was supposed to be 36 of them and there was 34- we counted right out of the bag they were in) but we made it work. The bed seems sturdy and solid. Were happy with it.
Nice quality, easy too assemble, looks nice. Product is stirdy but few glitches during installation. Screws require Allen key to fix but it requires tremendous power to get the screw in and screw often deforms. It took me 4 hours to assemble just because screws requir Allen key and was very difficult. Overall product is a quality product if you manage to put it together.
We got this for my young son. He absolutely loves it. It took a good while to assemble, but it feels so sturdy that it was worth it. Its high enough that my son can easily play underneath or we can store a lot of things, but not so high that I worry about my son falling off or being unable to climb down while half asleep (which hes done every night for a couple months without issue). My husband (63 and 240 lbs) can easily fit up there with our son, though it is a little bit tight for him to climb down. Overall, Id definitely recommend this bed.
Instructions for assembly would be helpful The bed came with all parts and was relatively easy to assemble. It seems to be very sturdy. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that one side of the ladder was slightly longer than the bed legs so we had to trim a sliver of wood off the bottom of it to make it even. Not sure how that happens, but I guess the machine just mis-cut it.
For the money it is awesome! My 9 year old was starting to grow out of her twin bed and headboard and she had wanted a bunk bed. We werent comfortable with a bunk bed and this low loft bed was an amazing compromise. Went with the full size. It had plenty of room for a reading nook and storage. My daughter absolutely loves this bed. I had seen some reviews about broken pieces and I did not have any. The bed was phenomenally packaged and the box was HEAVY! I ended up dragging it inside and taking several pieces upstairs. Took about 2 1/2 hours to put together by myself and taking my time.
I bought this bed frame because I was searching everywhere for a full loft bed that wasnt going to cost thousands of dollars. The closest one I could find similar-ish were like $2k on pottery barn. So this is a good deal on that regard. I saw a review where adults have used the full loft with no issues and hoped Id have the same experience.
I am currently 280lbs and wanted to ensure the weight limit would be safe. This is rated for 500lbs so I thought it would be fine if it was just me on the bed. When sitting and laying on the bed, the center supports bowed. I had smaller people, 150lbs on it by themselves and it did the same thing. Ive seen other reviews where the center supports broke and it made me really nervous to keep this bed frame.
I modified it by adding an additional center support and plan on adding another and a leg that goes from the center downward. Just one additional center support solved the bowing problem. I highly recommend modifying the bed the same way. Be careful with the brackets you buy for that- mine came up higher than the originals and I had to change the placement of the slats a bit.
I did not install the ladder and side support that goes with the ladder. Thats a do at your own risk situation because it would theoretically affect the beds sturdiness. I dont think it makes that much of a difference due to how it actually attaches and is put together.
I really wanted to give this bed 5 stars, but I really think they need to modify the full bed design. There needs to be additional center supports and maybe even a 5th leg in the center to ensure its safe. Even charging an additional $100 + would make this full loft worth it in terms of value.
In short, I do really like this bed frame and its exactly what I need for my smaller room to save space with the storage underneath. I just dont recommend it for adults unless you plan on modifying it to be more sturdy. It was still worth it to me to do so instead of return it.
My 22 yr old daughter loves the bed. She was able to put most of it together by herself in a reasonable timeframe. My BIG disappointment is that the box is missing a screw. I have emailed the company 3 times and have not been able to get a response. VERY disappointing!

The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! Missing some screws, idk where to find spare ones
