Directions were amazing. Each step has the nuts, washers, etc in a separate bag with the step number on it. Every step was easy to follow and it made the set up fast. Trampoline is wonderful for my kids. Would definitely recommend.
I bought this as a present for my kids and they absolutely loved it! They were so excited to have a trampoline in our yard, and have a safe place to burn off all their energy. I was very happy with the quality of the product and all of the safety features that comes with it. Very happy with this purchase!
So far we have had this trampoline about 8 months, it’s holding up nicely. My kids are not easy on it by any means. The net is the best part it keeps my littlest from falling off which is great…. The only complaint I have is on the blue foam that goes around support poles it seems to tear up easily we have replaced a few with pipe insulation from Lowe’s and they work about the same. Other then that no complaint. Winter has just hit here so I’ll update again once we get back into jumping weather… assembling was fairly easy I did most myself with the hep of a 8 yr old - my husband helped some towards the end took about 2.5-3hrs start to finish could have set up quicker had my main helper not been a 8 yr old lol …. Directions aren’t the best but it’s not complicated either…. Not sure why the zipper area is not centered between two poles but only I notice things like that it’s kinda offset to one side. Ladder is not necessary in my opinion and is hardly used.
The trampoline seems of excellent quality. The kids love it, spent the whole day in it, brought out sleeping bags and made it a cozy clubhouse for the day. They would like a tent to sleep to camp out over night, but parents like the indoors. Note the trampoline set up offers does not apply to trampolines that have a different set up process. Fortunately, home services worked w/the contractor and me to agree to have the trampoline set up for a higher fee. Yet, I did not like that process.
The trampoline is heavy duty but everything that is sent with it isn’t worth the money. We have had it 3 days now and the hose that sprinkles water has broken and the lights will not work with out a plug in jack for a phone and that’s not safe with water.
I research every purchase to death. And this trampoline is the best value out there, especially for the large size I bought. It even comes with a sprinkler system, which I have yet to setup. My kid loves this thing.
The net is mounted around the outside of the frame, so it gives you an extra 2 diameter of jumping space. This is a big selling point.
The frame is quite sturdy, and the materials seem quite durable. It was easy to setup took about 2 hours with 2 people. Make sure you are careful to install the springs as shown in the instructions.
Setup tips (unrelated to quality of product)
1. Dont put it under trees like I did or you will constantly be cleaning the jumping surface every time you use it.
2. Make sure the ground is level. I was too lazy to level the ground (Im sure using pavers or concrete blocks would work. I made a half hearted attempt to level it, and while its not that noticeable, I notice it.
3. Make sure you leave plenty of slack when you tie down the blue spring cover. If you tie it down super tight (like I did) it will not be able to move when the springs expand.
4. Put it somewhere that will not make it difficult to work around (like mowing the grass, maneuvering around it, etc. ) I put mine in the corner of our yard and in the shade so that worked out well.
5. Enjoy and have fun. And make sure your kids have other kids to play with otherwise youll be running around and sweating your old fat butt in there like me.
This is a great trampoline! My 8 year old son has jumped on it every single day since it arrived 3 days ago. Very easy to set up (one tip--put the frame together upside down, then attach the legs! Easy to flip over as its light weight) and very sturdy one assembled. Even my 200 lb husband jumped with no issues. Very happy with this purchase.
Very please with this company and product. Product came more than a week early, every thing was delivered together on the same day, delivery man was a prefect gentleman, love the color of padding, a good thickness of mat,tools needed for set up came with it, Trampoline is Great! The only thing that I would suggest is to label all poles....example: A B C and D and then in the instructions explain what poles or steps are to come next with the A B C and D and Please also label the poles. If your someone who has never set up a trampoline the directions to this set up are Not very clear. Other than that, everything was pretty easy and did not take long to set up.
